We arrived at the hotel after 12 o'clock. When checking in, the store owner said that there was an air conditioner outside the room, which would be a bit noisy at night, and there were no other empty rooms. I thought it was okay if it was a bit noisy, so I checked in anyway. As a result, this room had a lot of problems besides the air conditioner. 1. There is no Wi-Fi in the room. We live on the third floor and need to connect to the Wi-Fi on the fourth floor, but the signal is very stuck. 2. The air conditioner does not cool. I was sweating all over after staying in it for a while. When I opened the door, I found that it was cooler outside than inside. How can I sleep in such a hot day? 3. The toiletries are not complete, and there is only one toothbrush cup in the king-size bed room. 4. The shower head does not produce hot water, and the top shower cannot be switched. We called the store owner and they asked us to pay extra to upgrade the room type. I was very convinced because I could not sleep at all without upgrading. I suggest that the store owner cancel the sale of this room type in the future.

The room is very small, the service attitude of the front desk is very bad 👎🏻, and this room has two doors that are said to be used as safe passages. I feel uneasy sleeping in it, and the shower gel and shampoo are all disposable. There is no kettle in the room, and the soundproofing of the room is not good. The sound of someone cleaning in the corridor in the morning can be heard clearly. The attitude of the hotel front desk is really bad.

The hotel is not cheap. The room is small. The air conditioner is broken. It is a garbage hotel. Not recommended.
