Hatyai Signature Hotel

It's the first time for getting a bad experience of staying at a hotel as I travel. Before I go to the hotel, I had written to the hotel for a request check-in early around 12:00 because I need to take a nap then after that day I had a flight in the early morning. But my requires wasn't accepted and they informed me that there're guests still in a room it wasn't "VC" status, so I understand as well about check-in policy, I felt wow when heard it looked like a system a hotel of 3-5 stars. I waited nearby the lobby without taking care from any staffs, also no one suggested to me for a place where I could take time while waiting. When I checked in, they required 1,000 THB for a deposit accommodation in spite of I paid for a room included having a breakfast already, I wasn't minded because I thought maybe in room there're minibars in fact there weren't. Nevertheless I appreciated a bellboy he assisted me to the room. When I opened the door I was surprised it wasn't worth it and looked normal (I paid more than 1,000 THB/ night, I got a room like I pay 300-500 THB/ night) Doesn't have facilities not much in room, there weren't a slipper shoes, a minibars in the frigerator, an umbrella in the wardrobe, a softy box, cotton swabs, toothbrushes, toothpaste, customer satisfaction survey form sth like that. I'm not sure about stars of this hotel, maybe 3 🌟 but I used to visit others and I thought they're better than this one. Other things, there were stained in the bathroom, the light in a room was not working, birds droppings outside at the balcony, the mirrors were dirty ( R u sure, there're the guests in room before me got inside) at night, it quited noisy my room was assigned the same floor with the group guests, I think it's shouldn't. Although I told a staff I need to take a rest I felt disappointed again. There was a hair dryer but to be honest it looked like broken, I suggest changing it before next guests. Some people asked me why u don't complain them at that time. Darling, the staff looked like don't need welcome, it makes me don't want to talk to them anymore... จ่ายเงินค่าห้อง 1,000++ /คืน request check in ก่อนเวลาประมาณเที่ยงได้ไหมเราอยากพักมีบินด่วนตอนเช้า พนักงานแจ้งว่ามีแขกยังอยู่ในห้อง เราก็รอแถวๆบริเวณหน้าล็อบบี้ แต่ด้านหน้าโรงแรมมีหมาบ้าง นกบ้าง เหม็นสุดไม่มั่นใจเลยว่าเหม็นอะไรกันแน่ ไม่มีพนักงานมา invite หรือแนะนำที่นั่งรอที่ดีๆเลย พอเที่ยงเราเลยลองให้ทาง agency ติดต่อโรงแรมได้ความว่าต้องตาม policy และไม่สามารถคืนเงินให้ได้หากยกเลิก เราก็โอเคเข้าใจ พอถึงเวลา check in พนักงานแจ้งขอเก็บมัดจำ 1,000/ คืน แต่เราไม่เข้าใจเพราะเราจ่ายค่าห้องรวมค่าอาหารเช้าแล้วเลยคิดว่าอาจมี minibars ในห้องที่เขากลัวว่าเราจะกินเลยขอ deposit ไว้ก่อนเลยให้ๆไป แต่ขอชมพี่ bell boy นะนางก็มีใจบริการดีช่วยยกกระเป๋า escort ไปเก็บที่ห้องพัก แต่ไปถึงห้องนี่อึ้งไปพักใหญ่เลย ห้องไม่อับแต่ไม่หอม เสียบ keycard แล้วแต่ไฟกลางห้องไม่ติด ติดแค่ไฟห้องน้ำกับไฟกระจกโต๊ะแป้ง ไม่มีรองเท้า slipper ไม่มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่ควรมีให้สมเป็นโรงแรม 3 ดาว ละเห็นเป็นเครือเป็น chain นึกว่าจะมี standard ที่ดี สรุป.. minibars ก็ไม่มีแล้วเก็บ deposit เว่อร์เกินไม่ใช่โรงแรม 4-5 ดาวก็ทำซะ.. น่าจะแค่มัดจำ keycard ก็ว่ากันไป แล้วที่แย่กว่าคือพอนี่เดินไประเบียงอ้วกแทบพุ่ง ขี้นกเต็มระเบียง เต็มพื้นไปหมด ห้องน้ำตรงอ่างมีคราบ กระจกยังมีรอยสกปรก เตียงก็จัดทรงรีบสุดๆ ถามคำเดียวว่ามีแขกอยู่ก่อนหน้าจริงเหรอ มีไดร์เป่าผมนะ แต่จะบ้าพังแบบร้องขอชีวิตแต่พอเสียบปลั๊กยังใช้ได้ แต่นั่นแหละไม่สมควรเอาวางให้ใช้นะคะเอาจริงๆ แล้วตอนกลางคืนนอนๆไปเหม็นผ้าห่มกับหมอนสุดๆ พอประมาณ 2-3 ทุ่มคือ เดอะเบสเสียงดังมากแม่ นี่นึกว่าโรงเรียนใกล้ๆมีกิจกรรม สรุปไม่ใช่ เป็นแขก floor เดียวกันจ้า ละงงไม่แยกเเขกกรุ๊ป ออกจากแขกที่มาเดี่ยว/คู่ แล้วถ้าจะให้แจ้งหรือ complain ณ ตอนอยู่โรงแรมก็ใช่เรื่อง ดูหน้าพนักงานไม่ได้ Welcome เราขนาดนั้น น่าจะแค่ต่างชาติปะ.. พักมาหลายโรงแรม หลายจังหวัด ไม่เคยเจอโรงแรมห่วยแตกแบบนี้เลย ทั้งๆที่นี่ไม่ได้ไปเรื่องมากใส่พนักงานไม่ได้ทำตัวไม่น่ารักใดๆเลยแต่รู้สึกว่าโรงแรมยังไม่ถึงสักอย่าง ทั้งการบริการ,ความใส่ใจ,วิธีแก้ปัญหา แย่มาก

Good price with good hotel design. Clean, good service. Deposit 1000 batt only, will refund when check out. Hatyai food is so delicious

Exceptional Stay at Signature Hotel Hatyai! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, providing a perfect balance of comfort and style. I am taking 2 room and already ask to get side by side room. But there is get gap 1 room. I am put my 2 children at other room. The deposit is too high. What if people dont bring cash? Only use credit card? The room is basic room. Lucky i get window room as requested

Terrible customer service at Reception..argue non stop over booked room type ....in the end I have to settle for an extra bed at 600Baht per night! And injured my left foot on bed posts with the extra bed squeezed into room. Amenities in toilet only toilet roll + a shower hat. Roo has no Slippers provided...no central light control...need anything call receptionist like an extra pillow @50Baht! Reception at Level 2..need to climb a flight of steps. Breakfast same variety daily from 6am to 10am by 945am..almost all food plates cleared🥴😡🙈 Full of houseflies too swarming the entire restaurant..service is terrible too... They don't clear the tables until the guests leave...attracting more flies to the guests,eating breakfast in restaurant Only 2 common toilets cubicles on ground floor used by gym goers, swimmers and restaurant guests and people checking in and out of hotel! Go anywhere must call grab or tuk tuk not accessible per website om hotel! Misleading A 2-star hotel charging 4-star rate...only 1 lift access and malfunction too..always going up when you are pressing Ground level destination....long waiting time and less than 5 pax can squeeze into lift without luggage. Staff are English illiterate..including receptionists! I will never book this hotel ever again!
