I booked this hotel for a mini escape and am so glad I picked this hotel. From the moment I entered the building to the time I left it was amazing. I felt very welcome by every employee I met and the rooms were clean and very well organized! Since COVID I have been hesitant on traveling but after staying here I feel very confident with the Holiday Inn brand and the steps that they have taken to make sure everyone is save and everything is clean. The breakfast was wonderful too! The breakfast lady was friendly and served our breakfast with a warm welcome. They even offered Grab and Go for breakfast as an alternative to hot breakfast also which was great on the day that I didn't want to get up for hot breakfast in the morning. The ****** was even a nice short walk away which was great to get some fresh air on a sunny day. Thank you Holiday Inn Northwood for being such a great place for our get away from the craziness of the world today!
