I recently stayed at Devnadi - Heritage Hotel in Haridwar with my family, and it was a delightful experience. The highlight of our stay was the mesmerizing view of the Ganga, complemented by the hotel’s private ghat, which offered a serene and spiritual atmosphere. The rooms were well-appointed and met all our expectations for comfort and cleanliness. Ekta, the reception manager, truly stood out with her wonderful hospitality, making us feel welcome and valued throughout our stay. While the food was tasty, we did encounter some slow service in the restaurant, but it didn't significantly impact our overall experience. I highly recommend Devnadi for anyone visiting Haridwar—it's a perfect blend of comfort, stunning views, and warm hospitality!

Stayed with my family. Pros property is located very close to aarti sthal- hear ki pauri. Need to take battery rickshaw from parking to reach this place. For ganga snan you just need to go down stairs and you'll get appropriate place to take a bath. Awesome view from the terrace. Cons this is pretty old lodge though the rooms are renovated but you'll feel that it isn't upto mark. Bathrooms needs maintenance work due to water leakage and the space. Overall it's good to stay here if your preference is ganga darshan over comfortable stay.

* Location: Excellent at Bhimgoda Parking (”No Entry Barrier by Police”). Near to Harki Pauri (You need to take share auto from Bhimgoda No Entry Barrier. It takes 2 to 3 min and they charge Rs 20 per hear * Staff: Very Friendly and helpful. My special thanks to Manager Mr.Surya and Reception: Mr.Akhilesh * Car Parking: Excellent. Huge place available inside hotel. They also provide sleeping place for your driver, if requested. * Rooms: Very comfortable. Rooms are in G & 1st Floors. 3 Categories of rooms available viz., Standard, Deluxe and Suite. Manager Suryaji upgraded my room from Standard to Deluxe when i had a problem with Airconditioner. * In house restaurant: There is no restaurant but canteen is available. Food items available on order from Room. Its room service. For South Indians, nearby Udupi restaurant is available. * Private Ghat: This hotel has very cleanly maintained Bathing Ghat. You can have Ganga Bath peacefully and take rest in nearby private lawn. CONS: * Since its old property, air conditioner and water pipelines at bathroom needs regular maintenance. Basic facilities should be improved. We booked two rooms. In one room there is no towel and door mat. The lock system in other room have some problems. Other facilities were ok. Price is somewhat higher.
