*Disappointed after so many good reviews…* We recently travelled to Harbin and after looking at many of the hotels and reading the reviews we decided that this was the hotel for us. However we were shocked to find the poor service and cleanliness during our stay. Location: The location of the hotel is a huge plus point as it’s very close to the central street & not too much of a distance to reach the main tourist attractions (20/30 min taxi ride). The location is also close to lots of restaurants which is very convenient. Service: This is an area which could definitely do with improvement especially the evening staff, upon checkin the staff were friendly and welcoming however when we raised issues with the hotel room they became very rude and disrespectful. When we arrived to our room we found we had no face cloths - not a big issue and one that was resolved in a timely manner. However we then had to ask for the face cloths each day after housekeeping had changed the towels which isn’t an issue in itself more of an inconvenience . However the staff at the front desk seemed to find it quite funny (staff members laughing when we mentioned our room number at the front desk) that we had several issues with our room. Amenities: The hotel has a robot delivery service for when you order food and other items from meituan which is a convenient way to get your things. The shower in the room was broken but was fixed in a timely manner. The room air con is basically just an ornament, the temperature of the room cannot be changed - it was set at 34 celsius one night - you can open a window but it will get cold quite quickly. Cleanliness: Another area with room for improvement - the hotel room is rather dusty with dust falling from the ceiling above the bed. The sink was not cleaned when we checked in. On one occasion we were given ‘fresh’ towels with make up stains on. Unfortunately we would not stay here again.

Good location, easy access to markets, attractions and everything. We found that it was true value for money. For the price we paid, we got more than we expected. The room was spacious and clean. Very pleasant experience. Would stay again at the price we paid.

It was a very good accommodation experience. The location is right on Central Avenue, not noisy and quiet. As soon as I arrived at the hotel gate, I felt very Western and upscale. I was amazed after entering. It was a very warm Christmas atmosphere. Although it was not big, the room was also very clean. The next day, I had dysmenorrhea because I was caught in the wind the day before. The front desk lady Zhang Yan took very careful care of me. She helped boil water, handed me medicine, and tied my hair. She was very considerate and asked the kitchen to prepare ginger soup for me. Thank you for her care, which made me feel better. It was a great accommodation experience. When I left, she also gave me a small Hermes gift bag, which was so cute!

Fantastic location with Zhongyang Pedestrian Street right at the doorstep, which means lots of food, restaurants, and shops. Quaint looking hotel. Room is clean but dated and could do with some renovation. Housekeeper 2029 was friendly and kept our room pleasant throughout our stay. Receptionist and concierge were very helpful and patient. In that regard, the staff who attended to us provided top notch service. Russian restaurant was nicely appointed but not too impressed with the food. Quiet normal tasting. Exit 2 of Zhongyang MRT station is about 1km from hotel.

The hotel is at a prime location, within walking distance from Zhongyang Street. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful as well. There are light bites and different beverages at the lobby for the guests. Room is very clean and comfortable.

Strategicocation, few second walk to Zhongyang Street. I book executive room 810 excellent, clean and all look new and has free welcome fruit for the day of my arrival, free flow of orange and Chinese tea at lobby 24hours. Reception helpful and guide me direction of whatever tourist spot I want to go, specially the man sitting near the exit door. Many yummy food stall outside of the hotel, highly recommend a beef noodle stall on the right of the hotel. If you take airport bus to hotel, you just need to take bus for line 3 RMB20 per pax, teh bus stop I. Front Ibis hotel, you jsut need to walk 2 mins will reach Wanda Holiday Hotel. If you want to go the subway station, just walk 4 mins can reach. Overall highly recommend this hotel. Definitely I will stay this hotel again for my next Harbin visit.

Room is spacious, the 2 double beds can fit 4 pax! The shower room is awesome and the soap smells very good. The front desk agents are friendly and helped us to keep our room even when we were checking in the next day after the booking. Afternoon tea has quite a big spread and all staff are friendly!
