Amazing hotel.
I choose a river view king room. The view is amazing frozen river. The aircondioned is not functioning at night. So i have to open the window. The room is clean. The bed is amazing. Full amenities. Wide breakfast selections. I love the hot soy bean when in China. Great locations near Harbin Ropeway. Zhongyang Street & Tartar Mosque. Friendly staff except the lady receptionist never smile. But did her job.

The Hotel Dining Supervisor, Yanhua Huang (Jenny), was very enthusiastic and provided us with a lot of useful information, showing great professionalism. Security staff member Ming Jiao (Geoff) was also very friendly and gave us much-needed assistance. The hotel room was clean and tidy, offering a great view—right outside the window was the Songhua River. I will stay at this hotel again if I have the chance.

The hotel is fantastic - really modern and clean with spacious bathrooms. The service staff are also very hospitable. Jenny (黄艳华) at the restaurant was especially attentive and even shared with us specialty food like the frozen pears and yoghurt. So happy to get the chance to try on our first morning here! It would not be possible if not for Jenny. The environment and amenities are amazing and would definitely book this hotel again!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Harbin! The location is unbeatable, just a few minutes’ walk from Zhongyang Street (中央大街), making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The service was exceptional — it was always a pleasure to start and end our day with such friendly and attentive hotel staff. The doormen were especially helpful, always ready to assist with avoiding the cold and carrying any items. They even suggested we try a cup of winter melon tea in the evenings to help prevent colds during the winter, which was a thoughtful touch.
Additionally, the hotel provided snacks and evening desserts in the room every day, making us feel pampered and well cared for. Overall, it truly felt like we were living like kings and queens during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Harbin!
