It’s a beautiful hotel with the location that is not too far out. The staff however needs to improve their service. We were really disappointed with the front desk staff who were not friendly, not helpful with luggage and didn’t answer the questions we had about the area.

The hotel environment is very good, quiet, comfortable, clean and tidy. Especially the European architectural style of the hotel in Happy City is impressive.
