地理位置優越，附近有地鐵站，去中央大街，極地館都非常方便，房間很乾凈舒適，房間隔音處理非常好，網速快，投影+外置音響體驗非常哇塞，空調非常給力，，洗浴設施也很全，洗髮水和浴液很有品質，前台接待員也很熱情，每次進門就問好，有免費停車位，酒店的價格非常合理，性價比很高。儘管價格相對較低，但服務和設施卻一點都不打折扣，真的是物美價廉。總之，這家酒店是我住過的最好的酒店之一。無論是服務、地理位置、、設施還是價格，都非常出色。我會強烈推薦這家酒店給所有的朋友和家人

已經是第二次來了，衞生隔音都非常棒，性價比絕對是學院路最高的了。枕頭是亞朵的，太舒服了！吹風機是徠芬的。空調非常給力！投影儀配外置音箱觀影體驗太好了，強烈推薦。

很少給評價 這個酒店是我這幾天在哈爾濱是的性價比最高 衞生環境最好的，可以類比其他200➕的酒店。而且老闆人也特別好，還給視頻指路。很推薦！大家可以閉眼沖那種，投影也可以看很多視頻，重低音效果非常好👍。（Ps建議房間提供免費飲用水）

哈爾濱江北性價比超高的一家民宿，很乾凈，舒適！隔音做得特別好！100米就是商業街，各種東北特色美食下樓即可得，雖然不在哈爾濱市中心（這個季節市中心太貴了）但是下樓50米就是公交站，去哪都方便，乘坐地鐵半個多小時就到中央大街，打車10多分鐘就到冰雪大世界！唯一不足就是供熱太好了，晚上有點熱，反正也比冷強！真的強烈推薦外地遊客！

看**過來的，真的沒失望。老闆做得很用心，服務人員態度超級好！衞生一級棒！雖然不在市中心，但是去中央大街也就半個多小時，冰雪大世界10多分鐘，主要是這個價格住這個品質的真的香啊！非常舒適！供暖好！

非常好，是我住過的最滿意的民宿或酒店，風格很喜歡很温馨，個人比較注重衞生，沒有不好的氣味，挺乾淨的，老闆和服務人員態度很好，很熱情很貼心，來哈爾濱旅行這家民宿給我的印象超級好
