The people are very nice and friendly, if I come to Vietnam next time, I will book this hotel again.

What was disappointing was that there was no open view and the Wi-Fi signal was weak in the room. If I come to Hanoi again, I would like to visit again. The room was small. The breakfast was okay. AirPods were left in the room. I contacted the hotel and ignored them. They were taken away. An unpleasant trip😭

The hotel front desk does not speak Chinese, but the service attitude is very good. Please consider carefully if you request a better breakfast. The price is good here and it is also recommended.
