The accommodation is in the Japanese district of Hanoi, and it’s only a 10-minute walk to Lotte. The transportation is convenient. There are many restaurants downstairs which is very convenient. The B&B is fully equipped with kitchenware, dishes, washing machine, and water dispenser. The only drawback is that the water dispenser does not have a bucket. The pillows on the bed were too hard. Furthermore, it would be better if the breakfast could be richer. All in all a good experience.

It's located in the Japanese town area, so it's in a good location for Japanese people and a good hotel. I booked 5 rooms, but for some reason only one room didn't have a washing machine. Breakfast was a buffet style and was delicious. I'd definitely stay here again next time.

I came during ***** new year, so everything was dead in this area. Difficult to review 😁. Room was huge! and clean. There was no cleaning of the room in between but only stayed 2 nights. Hotel staff always there. Unfortunately had no Breakfast (opposed to what booking said). Location is “far” from centre around 4 km, so for those wanting to go out every night not good. But on plus, much more quiet if you OK to take a cheap taxi after some partying. Distance to beautiful west lake also not too bad,

It's in a very convenient area. There are no security issues. The room was very clean and easy to use. I like that there are two toilets and bathrooms. We stayed on the 7th floor, which had a great view and you could smoke on the balcony. I'd definitely like to stay here again.

I feel that the front desk staff are all enthusiastic, lovely, and fun. Thank you, Ms. Thao, the receptionist who always enthusiastically supports you during check-in and check-out. The hotel room is very clean and near delicious restaurants. I am satisfied with the service at this hotel. Thank you everyone.

The amenities are very complete, the rooms are also very clean, the price is quite reasonable, the staff is enthusiastic and attentive to support and respond promptly when I need it, the hotel's location is in the center so moving and travel is quite convenient for me, I will definitely visit the hotel on my next trip.

Celebrating the New Year with friends in Hanoi was very fun, the memories were very memorable so I wrote them down here to keep. The staff are very enthusiastic, cheerful, and supportive. Very wonderful, the room is fully equipped like a small house, washing machine, stove are all available, the view overlooking the city is very open, there is a large parking lot so it is very convenient to get in and out, staff can carry luggage enthusiasm. Really liked this place.
