Good Points
-Customer Service from front counter are superb with friendly communication
-Chambermaids are pleasant and well verse on their job
- Good facilities with swimming pool, gym room, table tennis, pool table
-Fully equip like hardware cutleries, washing machine, hair dryer & toiletries
-Negative Points
-Shower water pressure low with inconsistent cold & hot
-Dressing table alignment need to rectify properly with using strong metal support L-shape below as to prevent leg injury to any staying guests as shown on picture. anytime the wood base might drop and injure in-house guest legs

The location, facilities, and the service of the staff are all excellent. On the fourth floor, there was a swimming pool, table tennis table, and billiard table, so I could have a good time with my family and staff.

Me and my colleaghe booked a 2 bed room apartment and been upgrade to 3-bed room apartment though we were 2 people. The rooms were incredibly dated and the smell inside the while apartment was terrible. The mattress and bedding was more likely a 2-star hotel instead of a 5-star (or 4-star) hotel. Definitely will not come again.

Well located hotel and within walking distance to old quarter. Booked a unit with 2 rooms. The amenities were excellent. Not far from the train cafe area.

Big and clean room, 2 bedroom and 2 toilet family suite is suitable for big group. Location is great with various local food nearby. old quarters street is juz a 6-10mins car ride distance

Overall, this hotel is located in a pretty convenient place which is just walking distance from the old quarter area. Service is also generally good and efficient. However, i wouldn't recommend to try the hotel breakfast as there are a lot more better and cheaper options in the vicinity. They also have quite a big play area for kids which i would recommend to those who are planning to bring young kids to stay in Hanoi.

It was a Luxury hotel stay with Somerset Grand Hanoi.
We reached the hotel early morning 6:30am via Sapaly train down Sapa Hotel. we were warmly greeted by the hotel manager to inform us we can rest our foots n have complimentary coffee ☕️ and biscuits 🍪 on its 4th floor “Residences Lounge “
As our requested Executive room was not ready by 12:00noon ( as we requested earlier check-in), we were utterly surprised knowing we were given 2 bedroom apartment instead of! 😇😃
When we checked out the next morning, the customer officer even send us to its Entrance seeing us board the taxi to airport.😊

Central located with local amenities such as mini mart, good restaurants (Japanese & its own Jasper Restaurant), cafes within the building. Pho restaurant is next street within walking distance and Korean BBQ Restaurant is 200m away from hotel. Housekeeping services to clean the rooms and clear rubbish are also excellent. Front desk counter staff are friendly and readily to help out.
