Thank you so much. The location is a bit far from the city center, but it was quiet and had a great atmosphere. I really, really recommend it.

Overall it's very good, the CP value is also high, the room is very beautiful, I will consider staying here next time, there are shops nearby, and there are many food shops downstairs.

At first, the staff took the guests to the room without a bathtub, but when they complained, they were annoyed... The bathroom floor was dirty, the room had no hair dryer even though the service said there was a hair dryer, forcing guests who were taking a shower to run down to the security to get a hair dryer to dry their hair, both staying and being scared.

I went to Hanoi for a visit so I booked a 3-day, 2-night room for convenience in resting and traveling. I have been to and booked many hotels and places to stay but this is the first time I have seen a place with such poor service. Like other hotels, check-in time is after 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00. We had something to do so we checked in at 16:40 (after more than 2 hours) but the staff said "the room has not been cleaned yet, you two go out for a while and then come back"). I asked again "Hey, it's 16:40 now, why haven't you cleaned it yet?" The staff replied with an attitude "Because there's only one person cleaning now so there's no time." 🤦🏼🤦🏼 We let it go. Then came the check-out day. We also knew we had to check out before 12:00, so from 11:00 we started cleaning the room gradually. At exactly 11:16, the staff rang the bell twice and said in an attitude-filled tone, "It's time to check out." I replied, "Yes, we're cleaning now." Then at 11:36 we went downstairs and returned the room key. As for the room amenities, for me it was quite okay compared to the price. But the only thing I was very dissatisfied with was the customer service. If you book a room, you should consider it!!!

I stayed in a room with a view and a balcony and liked it so much I stayed an extra 2 nights. It was clean, bug-free and the location was not bad.

Okay. Even though check out is at 12, they knocked on the door at 11 with an attitude like chasing people away? Even though I booked another day later. Temporarily storing luggage, the attitude was a bit unpleasant. Otherwise, everything is okay, definitely won't come back 🤒
