The hotel is close to Hoan Kiem Lake and the Cathedral, and the surrounding transportation is very convenient.
The hotel is very new, the hardware facilities are also great, and the key point is that the service at the front desk is very enthusiastic. We bought a data card but couldn't make calls. The beautiful lady Nguyen Dieu Ly at the front desk has been enthusiastic to help us make phone reservations for restaurants, spas and car services, and also gave us the hotel's souvenir essential oil soap, which is really cost-effective.

The room was nice and well laid out. The space is good, but the room next to the road is a bit noisy. There is a washing machine and the breakfast is pretty good. The waiters are very enthusiastic.

Let me start with the good things. The hotel is very new and the service attitude is very good, especially the waitress Li, who is very thoughtful. The downside is that it is next to the road and too noisy. Motorbikes are still honking in the middle of the night. It feels like sleeping on the street, it's super noisy.
