I recently stayed at this hotel and the experience was simply amazing! First of all, the location of the hotel is very convenient, with abundant surrounding facilities and easy travel. Secondly, the hotel rooms are very exquisitely designed, spacious and comfortable, with soft beds, which made me feel at home. The hotel service is first-class, the staff are very friendly and enthusiastic, whether checking in or checking out, I feel very comfortable. I took my family out for a trip during the Spring Festival and booked two king-size rooms. The hotel helped me upgrade to a courtyard king-size room. Thank you very much!!! This is my third time staying in this hotel. I really like its environment. You can see the mountains in the room, climb the mountains without leaving the hotel, and see the lake across the street. The natural scenery is simply invincible. The courtyard room is very large with a bathtub. I especially like the large table in the room. The children can do their homework and I can do handicrafts. The breakfast is also good. It is worth mentioning that the restaurant on the first floor is very delicious. No matter which dish you choose, you will not go for thunder. Next time I come to Hangzhou, I will stay in this hotel again.

Convenient transportation. The subway station is just across the street. The room is clean and tidy. The overall comfort is very good. The details are also well handled. Before leaving Shanghai after finishing work, I took my parents on a self-driving trip around Jiangsu and Zhejiang. Before leaving Hangzhou, I chose the Banshan Road All Seasons Hotel, which is close to the highway. The overall transportation is convenient, the living environment is the same as before, and the family room is super large. My mother kept saying that it is much larger than the All Seasons in other cities. The service at the front desk is also great. Because we had to change the rental car temporarily and had a lot of luggage, the brothers and sisters at the front desk helped us move it together. Thank you very much🙏

Facilities: The room has everything it needs, the toilet flushes automatically, the curtains are electric, this is the hotel room with hanging coffee, the breakfast coffee machine is espresso and American, but there is no companion, only sugar. There are two options for pillows, quilts and mattresses, both of which are very comfortable to sleep on. The TV can cast the screen.
Hygiene: Very good.
Environment: It's about an 8-minute walk from the subway, next to KFC, there is a food court downstairs, and there are fresh fruits across the road. The surrounding roads are being built, so it is really noisy at night. It will get better after 12 o'clock.
Service: I think the waiters have very good attitudes and respond promptly.
Disadvantages: There is a lot of noise due to road construction in the surrounding area. The breakfast varieties are good, but the soy milk is not hot enough and the milk is cold. I wish there was a microwave to heat the milk or soy milk.

GGuest UserAs a business traveler, it is so great to be able to book an e-sports room like this. After finishing work during the day, ”nest” in the computer chair and play games for a while, it is not too stressful.
Facilities: A standard extra-large bed, which can definitely satisfy a person's various sleeping positions. The mattress is moderately soft and hard, and two pillows, high and low, are available for a comfortable sleep until dawn.
Hygiene: The moment I opened the door, I was shocked. The floor is as clean as a mirror, the toiletries are neatly placed, the big bed is clean and tidy, and there is also a computer that allows you to surf the Internet without worries... it is simply amazing.
Environment: As a tourist city in Hangzhou, the location of the hotel determines the surrounding environment, which is like being in a natural oxygen bar. There is a park next to it, so it is very quiet to sleep at night, and the night view is also beautiful. Go out for a walk, tsk tsk tsk...it's so pleasant.
Service: The lady at the front desk is very considerate and polite. Maybe this is called ”feeling at home”.
