Even if there is one problem, I don’t understand how the service industry can make such a small problem complicated and magnified. Around early in the morning, I heard the voice of a female guest room employee from the corridor outside. The voice was relatively loud, accompanied by jokes, and then I heard a knock on the door of another room. "Hello, waiter." I was sure it was true. Sound staff. The staff can just talk or pass messages to let others know. Even if the guests are at night or when others are resting, they should not speak too loudly. As a staff member, I forgot that the hotel is a place to rest, and woke me up twice by talking loudly. I arrived late last night with my friends, so I didn't have a good rest. I mentioned it to the front desk before leaving. I thought it was just a very good and simple question. I don't know why she still wanted to find the manager and apologize. That's it, then I left my mobile phone number. Later, the manager called me to verify the situation and there was no further follow-up. We just came back after dinner, and after waiting for an hour or two on the phone, there was still no answer. We thought maybe it would be fine if we came back to see his answer in a minute or two. Then our car parked at the back door of the hotel, and there were other people in the car. Phone number, just stop and leave. When we arrived at the lobby, we met the parking lot management staff. We were in a hurry and wanted to finish the matter immediately and left. They said we would leave as soon as the manager came. We would leave as soon as he came. There were no other guests at the time. That's good. I reported it directly to my friend's car. I didn't understand this. My friend was there and didn't say anything. Maybe this is how the small place handles things more self-consciously. Then the lobby manager, the front desk, and the aunt stood there and watched, asking me what I wanted and how to deal with it. I shouldn’t have given feedback, will you handle it? The hotel is indeed a good hotel, except that parking is inconvenient, but it is really not necessary to be like this. We parked at the door for a few minutes, there were still people in the car, and we were still hotel guests. The most important thing is how you handle it. Just talk to the front desk and ask for some water and an apology. If you think about it, everyone will be unhappy. Who doesn't want to have a good rest? If the manager can see this comment, I really hope he can think about it carefully. I also know that I want to do well in business and conduct myself well, so I would like to give you a good opinion. I often pass by and want to choose a good hotel so that I will never come back again.

The newly renovated room is quite clean, the room layout is reasonable, and the space is quite large. The bed is moderately soft and hard, and the most comfortable thing is the pillow, which is good for leaning against.
