I stayed here for Hangzhou 19th Asian Games. The room is big and clean. The staff couldn’t speak English but willing to hep, we can use translated app so it’s not a problem. Bus stop is near the hotel by walking just 1-2 minutes. 15 minutes to the sports convention by bus. Luggage storage after check-out. Recommend here!

The location of the hotel is what I need. The room is pretty good and quiet. There is a community behind it. The water pressure in the shower is great and comfortable. The water is very hot. The toilet is also separated from wet and dry. The lobby downstairs is a combination of Hanting and this hotel. I checked it when I came in the evening and almost didn't find it. The front desk check-in is also very good, and it is clean for this price range. I was out with friends nearby and stopped here temporarily to rest for the night. When I made the reservation, I saw that the parking lot was complicated. I also read that when the evening arrived, we parked directly in another bathing beach parking lot opposite, which is capped 24 hours a day. It didn't cost much, but the main hotel parking lot was hard to find. It was said that you had to give the car keys to the hotel security. Then when I checked in, I took a look at the back door and it was indeed full. Even if there is one problem, I don’t understand how the service industry can make such a small problem complicated and magnified. Around early in the morning, I heard the voice of a female guest room employee from the corridor outside. The voice was relatively loud, accompanied by jokes, and then I heard a knock on the door of another room. "Hello, waiter." I was sure it was true. Sound staff. The staff can just talk or pass messages to let others know. Even if the guests are at night or when others are resting, they should not speak too loudly. As a staff member, I forgot that the hotel is a place to rest, and woke me up twice by talking loudly. I arrived late last night with my friends, so I didn't have a good rest. I mentioned it to the front desk before leaving. I thought it was just a very good and simple question. I don't know why she still wanted to find the manager and apologize. That's it, then I left my mobile phone number. Later, the manager called me to verify the situation and there was no further follow-up. We just came back after dinner, and after waiting for an hour or two on the phone, there was still no answer. We thought maybe it would be fine if we came back to see his answer in a minute or two. Then our car parked at the back door of the hotel, and there were other people in the car. Phone number, just stop and leave. When we arrived at the lobby, we met the parking lot management staff. We were in a hurry and wanted to finish the matter immediately and left. They said we would leave as soon as the manager came. We would leave as soon as he came. There were no other guests at the time. That's good. I reported it directly to my friend's car. I didn't understand this. My friend was there and didn't say anything. Maybe this is how the small place handles things more self-consciously. Then the lobby manager, the front desk, and the aunt stood there and watched, asking me what I wanted and how to deal with it. Brother, as a service industry, I asked you a question. You asked me what I wanted, but I didn’t. I just wanted an apology for what I said, so the cleaning lady said that she usually has a loud voice, so she said sorry. In fact, it's a very simple matter. I think the front desk can handle it. The front desk manager didn't know whether he was here or not. The man who came was a man wearing sportswear and glasses. He was really not sorry or anything. , causing inconvenience to the guests, I seemed to be very unhappy and stared at it and asked, should I be the one to say it myself? I shouldn’t have given feedback, will you handle it? The hotel is indeed a good hotel, except that parking is inconvenient, but it is really not necessary to be like this. We parked at the door for a few minutes, there were still people in the car, and we were still hotel guests. The most important thing is how you handle it. Just talk to the front desk and ask for some water and an apology. If you think about it, everyone will be unhappy. Who doesn't want to have a good rest? If the manager can see this comment, I really hope he can think about it carefully. I also know that I want to do well in business and conduct myself well, so I would like to give you a good opinion. I often pass by and want to choose a good hotel so that I will never come back again.

The newly renovated room is quite clean, the room layout is reasonable, and the space is quite large. The bed is moderately soft and hard, and the most comfortable thing is the pillow, which is good for leaning against.

The prices are a bit higher than those around the school. Breakfast is relatively simple. I ordered a noodle dish and waited for a long time but it didn't come. When I asked the chef, he said he had to wait because he was busy. Don’t bother if you’re in a hurry.

OK Very good I lost something and they sent it to me for free. It’s like an angelic hotel. The environment is very clean and tidy. It’s the best value for money. It’s not inferior to the seven-star luxury hotels in Dubai.
