During my stay this time, the hotel front desk service was very positive, and the robot delivery was also very fast. But the biggest failure was the executive twin bed😭. The room configuration did not have a refrigerator or a sofa, only a small round table and a chair. It can only be that I didn't understand it well first and only stayed at the Atour brand, which resulted in a poor overall experience after changing to twin beds the next day. To summarize this accommodation experience: 1) It was newly opened not long ago, but the smell is still there. 2) Two rooms each for two nights. The price of an executive king bed is RMB 648 (without breakfast), a wooden double bed is RMB 728 (without breakfast), and an executive twin bed is RMB 817 (without breakfast). Compared with the Jiji that I have stayed at many times, Orange Crystal or 500-1000 price room types, the pillows and beds are quite comfortable to sleep on, but there is basically nothing outstanding about them. If you want to give priority to several room types when checking in, I hope the hotel will have all the room hardware. Executive rooms should not be rooms with all the basic configurations! 3) Regarding the distance, with parents and children, it is still far from the subway entrance. It takes more than 10 minutes to walk one way to the subway entrance every time I go out. If you come to Hangzhou again, your first choice is a hotel closer to the subway or closer to the West Lake. 4) When traveling in Hangzhou, allow enough travel time to reach your destination. It is not recommended to take a taxi directly, as it is congested, expensive and time-consuming.

The front desk was very nice, the whole house was smart, and robots were arranged to deliver razors and laundry detergent. The millet porridge for midnight snack was very refreshing. The hotel was also very quiet. The pillows and mattresses were really good, and the baby liked them very much.

After careful selection and comparison, we finally chose the newly opened Atour Hotel. The location of the hotel is great, very close to Yintai in77 and West Lake, and convenient for the subway. The hotel rooms are comfortable in size, the decoration is stylish, simple and beautiful, and the facilities are high-end and new. It is a very comfortable place to rest and adjust after a tiring trip. The waiters are also very enthusiastic and professional, and they helped us deal with various problems we encountered during the trip in a timely manner. It was a pleasant trip and a pleasant stay!

The room was released late, but we upgraded to a wooden double bed for free. The room was large and there were many free drinks. The underground parking lot was very convenient. It was close to the lakeside and the location was excellent. The breakfast was rich in variety. We didn't have time to check out at 14:00, so we delayed it for 30 minutes for free. Thumbs up!
