We arrived later in the evening and the staff was friendly . The check in process was easy. The room is very clean but the location is a bit far from the airport. I thought that the hotel is only 10 mins drive away from the airport but it took as longer. Other than that, I will surely stay at this hotel again the next time I'll visit Hamilton.

Everything here was great. My understanding is that this is the only real hotel-like place to stay if you need to do something in Westdale (which I try not to do but have to do sometimes). Friendly and efficient service, clean and excellent room. Not a great view, but, after all, the room is meant for travelers-slash-visitors. I wish I could have checked out the pool, but, alas, I was too busy the last two times I stayed here.

Visitor Inn was welcoming and friendly. We needed help finding a spot in the city and they sent us in the right direction and checked with us later to make sure we found the location. Recommendation

It's a good hotel in the area. It has complete facilities. There is a washing machine on the basement floor. You can use it for free, but you have to prepare your own laundry detergent.

The hotel is in a great location. There is a large supermarket and McDonald's nearby. There is also a free parking lot for self-driving travel. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff are always smiling and friendly. I highly recommend it to friends who are traveling by car~

The bed was big and comfortable, and the cleanliness was very good.

All services are very good, the disadvantage is that it is too far from the shopping mall and it is inconvenient to buy things.

Hello. I was there on a Sunday to Monday. I was really disappointed the restaurant wasn’t open for dinner. But even more disappointed it wasn’t open Monday for breakfast. Also the hot tub jets were not working greatest and the button for the hot was so far away from tub.

This hotel was remarkably clean in the lobby and the rooms. Beds were extremely comfortable and the linens were obviously fresh and of high quality. The only concern was the water in the hot tub was pretty grungy. The pool area and sauna were very clean and tidy, but the water needed some attention. This hotel was also very easy to get to off the main highway.

We booked this property for 5 nights, when we arrived there they gave us a room on the underground, it had a door towards the backyard and its lock was damaged we informed the receptionist and she gave us another room.. i was surprised that irrespective of having a high price the breakfast is not included…I expected more amnisties from this expensive hotel..

The fact that we had a room at ground floor right next to the garbage container was not very pleasant. other than that, our experience was excellent, we would definitely come back.
