The hotel is in a very good location, and it is very convenient for traveling, shopping, and eating nearby. The sanitation is good, the environment is good, the equipment and facilities are also good, and the room service needs to be further improved, such as laundry service, etc. I look forward to staying there next time!

Even considering that the pool was under construction, the facilities were really bad. I couldn't sleep because of the construction. It was really bad. ㅠ The rooms were fine.

An old hotel. Located in the center of Hamburg, the facilities are a bit old, and the German items are more down-to-earth. The housekeeper provides coffee upon request for breakfast, which has the flavor of an old German hotel.

We used and visited all of the hotel's facilities and had a very pleasant stay throughout. The service deductions are due to the inability to speak to some employees because they speak neither German nor English. We make deductions in terms of amenities because the hotel has a wellness area, but unfortunately, compared to hotels of the same category, it does not have a whirlpool/real sauna (the existing one is for a maximum of 2 people)/steam bath/relaxation rooms. I would also have been happy if the gentleman at the front desk could have answered a simple question about the history of the hotel.

The hotel is located in the city center, very quiet in a busy area. It is very convenient for sightseeing and shopping. The hotel facilities are a bit old, but the service is first-class, maintaining the standard of the Marriott brand. The water in the swimming pool is clear, but the water temperature is a bit low.

The hardware and the location are fine. The service staff, especially at breakfast (entrance), is a disaster. I will never, ever stay here again. Sorry, what the staff are allowed to do here is abysmal.

The front desk's business skills were not good. Several young people were confused and had to wait for half an hour to pay for the extended room. From time to time, someone knocked on the door to disturb me. I asked why, and said to confirm if the room was available? Nani! ! ! The rest is nothing special, the location is very good, that's all!
