The marble bread for breakfast was delicious. You don't have to worry about dinner, such as Japanese food, conveyor belt sushi, and all-you-can-eat shops. I use this on business trips. The front desk is more polite every time.

The hotel itself was good. The included breakfast was surprisingly awesome! we loved it. The only thing I would say is that the water in the shower is WAAAY too hot... I mean it's dangerously hot to the point you can actually burn yourself. I recommend starting with cold and then warming it up slowly to avoid injury, or hopefully the hotel can set a limit for the temperature that is more reasonable.

We stayed 2 from New Year's Eve on 31st. I chose this because I had a free washing machine, and there was no particular difference with other business hotels. Because I checked in a little after 19 o'clock on the 31st, I asked the front staff immediately to ”can you eat at the hotel”, and the hotel restaurant was actually closed two days ago and could not eat. Then, when I heard ”where you can eat nearby”, I introduced you to four stores. When I entered the room and saw HP to make a reservation for Sushiro next door, I closed at 19:30 and couldn't get in time. When I tried to make a hamburger shop next to it, the store was closed on the 31st. The cherry blossom shop was closed at 18 o'clock. The gast remains. I can't feel gast on New Year's Eve. I went to eat other sushi restaurants in the sushi mood. I thought that the act of the front desk staff to introduce the usual introduction on the day that is not normal on the 31st was foolish. Also, since the throat became karakara in the drying of the room at night, I went to the front desk to borrow the humidifier and borrowed the humidifier, but as soon as I was handed over and carried it, bashabasha and water took to the room clothes When I thought ”!!”, the tank of the humidifier was empty, but there was plenty of water left on the main body, and it spilled all over. I thought ⁈ how the previous person kept the water without throwing it away, and at the same time, I was questioned by the quality of the front staff that I did not confirm such a confirmation before passing it. I slept in a wet room dress... There are other business hotels with the same conditions, so I thought I would use other next time.

I had a job in fukuroi city and stayed here. Close to national Route 1, access to Iwata city and fukuroi city is good, and there are restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel, very convenient location ^_^ There is also a large bath in artificial hot springs, which healed the fatigue of work! There were coin laundry, vending machines and restaurants, and the staff were polite and nice. The room is a bit small but clean and clean. It is a recommended hotel if you stay overnight.

Rented bicycles for 24hpurs for only 1000 each. Worked perfectly well. Took advantage of the lounge which had a lovely atmosphere. Bedroom was bigger than many other places I've stayed at. Staff at reception were smiley. Cleaners too were jolly.
Only down side was the bathroom toilet. There was nowhere to put a change of clothes towel etc. so I managed to soak them.

My family and I stayed at the Hotel Concorde for 5 days in August, and we enjoyed a lovely and very memorable experience during our stay. The lobby is very big, but furniture and decor is a little dated and could do with an eventual renovation. A good front desk/reception staff is the hallmark of a great hotel. As non-Japanese visitors to a less frequented area of Japan, we expected to have some difficulties communicating in Hamamatsu. Though this was largely the case, we were pleasantly surprised at the lengths hotel staff would go to in order to ensure we had a good experience. We arrived at around noon, earlier than the supposed 3pm check-in time. Our luggage from Tokyo had been sent via luggage delivery service, and the front desk informed us that all our luggage would be kept securely in the room and would be available upon check-in. We passed the time in the hotel restaurant - understandably, some staff could not understand us at first but made every possible effort to try and communicate with us. The hotel restaurant (which also serves daily buffet breakfast, lunch, and à la carte dinner) had a decent selection and we found it sufficient for our needs. Upon check-in at 3pm, we received complimentary water bottles and a single physical key to our room. Unfortunately, this is the only key, making staying in a room with other people a little inconvenient. Elevators are fast and frequent, offering access to coin laundry, food and beverage vending machines, ice machines, an unagi and a Japanese restaurant, as well as guest rooms. An amenity station is provided at the entrance to each floor, where guests can help themselves to instant tea and coffee, toiletries, and even a clothing press. Rooms are basic but clean and practical. Adapters are provided upon request. There are robes and slippers within the drawers, a bag for dirty towels, and tea bags. One feature my family appreciated was a laundry status channel on the television, in which guests can see which laundry machines are in use, and how much time each has left. Our room had an amazing view of the Hamamatsu City Hall and the Hamamatsu Castle. The housekeeping schedule can be variable - there was one day where the maids were just getting started on our room at 3pm. However, cleaning seems to be fast and efficient. In terms of location, we eventually settled on the Hotel Concorde due to its proximity to a friend's apartment. It is about a 15-minute walk from the Hamamatsu train station. A Family Mart is located just across the street, and there is a beautiful Starbucks location in the Hamamatsu Castle park. Taxis don't seem to pass by the area too often, but hotel staff can always make a call for you. Though there isn't a large selection of restaurants nearby, most locations are within a 10-minute walk. I want to highlight and commend the efforts of the front desk staff. Despite the large language barrier, each person was friendly and welcoming, greeting us whenever we passed by the l

I went to Hamamatsu City and stayed somewhere and went to play, and I found this hotel of the inn series if I was looking for a hotel. I was going to sleep, but the inn is saved because it has a welcome drink🍻 Mr. Suzuki at the front desk was the best smile❗️ The stay is 2 adults and 2 infants, I was able to drink it with my family because I had one cup of alcohol or soft drink. The room is a twin room, but it is full of beds and there is almost no place for the back, but it feels like ”good 〜, good 〜 😅 if you can sleep”. It is near the station and the downtown is also a 1 minute walk 🚶♂️ good ❗️ breakfast was also delicious. It's amazing to cut 5,000 yen ‼️ If you go to stay from now on, it's a group 🙂

I used it when I stayed at a drinking party. The rooms and corridor lobby are beautiful in the newly opened hotel. There was a restaurant & bar on the 1st floor, but it was closed due to the influence of Corona. I would like to expect an early resumption. The room is a good size, but I felt that the toilet and bathtub were a little small. Body soap and shampoo are provided on the wall, but some amenities will be brought from the side of the front desk as much as you need. The parking lot is affiliated with the adjacent multi-storey car park, so you will be parked there. It is a good hotel to use because it is close to the downtown area.

GGuest UserI started visiting Okura hotel in Hamamatsu since March 2010 and this hotel and its wonderful staff has always been consistent in delivering exceptionally wonderful service. The hotel is located strategically next to Hamamatsu train station which makes it very convenient to get to. Act City Mall is located next to the hotel and it’s a convenient place to shop. There’s also many restaurants and bars which are located not more then 10 minutes walk from the hotel. If you get a view at one of the higher floors, you will get an awesome view of Hamamatsu city. There are many restaurants in the hotel as well as the complex where the hotel is located. The hotel is decorated with music themes and I like how the elevator has Chopin’s music notes on it. Exceptionally classy and beautiful hotel!
GGuest UserWe chose this hotel because it looked nice and clean for two adults and one four-year-old child. The room was not that big, but the bed was large and good. The bed and pillow were a little hard for me, but it was clean, and the parking lot attendant, breakfast staff, and front desk staff were very kind and helpful, so if I stay in this area again, I will choose this hotel. The breakfast was plentiful and I was satisfied. The large public bath is crowded because there are only four washing areas, but you can check the congestion level in the room. The pajamas are sturdy, so you don't need to bring them. There are plenty of amenities, so it's good for those who don't mind. There are two chairs and an extension cord in the room, which makes up for the lack of plugs.
The two parking lot attendants were very kind to us this time, and my grandson really liked it. Thank you very much. We look forward to working with you again!
AAnonymous UserThe inn was located in a complex building, and was a combination of a spa and a manga cafe.
Because it's near the station, there are many restaurants nearby, and the building I'm in has a food court and fast food restaurants on the first floor, so it was convenient.
The inside of the building was new and kept clean. The common space is large and there is plenty of work space, you can read manga, and you can also take a bath in the hot springs and sauna. The sliding door of the cabin-type room did not have a lock, but a sensor key on a wristband was required to enter the living area, and the desk in the room also had a dial locker to store valuables. It was attached. Also, it seemed like you could use the large locker if you got the key from the front desk.
Inside the hotel, you can only use the spa (no overnight stay), and it seemed like young locals were also using it, but I didn't feel it was noisy in the common spaces, and the living spaces were quiet.
What I would like to see improved is the staff's response and guidance at check-in.
At check-in, I was told my room number and that I needed a key to enter and exit the living area, but there was no map of the building at the front desk, and I was told that there was a guide to the building in the back and a detailed guide to my room, so please take a look. ”, and the front staff immediately started chatting with each other.
For first-time users, even if you are told that there is a guide to the inside of the building ”in the back”, there is no way to point out or guide you as to where that ”back” actually is, so you have to look for the information board in your room. It took a while to find it. I think it would be good to have the facility usage guide read in a file in the room, but at least the front desk could use a map of the facility to show you where the front desk is, where the room is, and how to get to the room. I think it's better. I think there is a lot of room for improvement in the front desk's job of neglecting customer service and increasing the time for chatting between staff members.
Although there was some inconvenience with the reception at check-in, the reception at the front desk at check-out and the cleaning staff at the time of using the hotel were very polite and pleasant.
GGuest UserI had no inconveniences.
It felt clean.
The facilities were old but not a problem.
The hair dryer was from SALONIA and was very good.
It was close to the station and there was a roof just a short distance away, so it wasn't a problem even when it was raining. There was also a convenience store just a short distance away.
555love1999We used it for two adults and one infant before summer vacation! We stayed in a cheap price of less than 10000 yen in the location of the station. The size of the room was perfect and the infant could run around. The facilities were clean and comfortable. At night, you can get a hotel special curry for free, and breakfast is free and buffet is very satisfying. There was curry in the morning, but it was delicious! It was a quality that I didn't think was free. However, the response of the young men and women at the check-in was not good, so ☆ was -1. I can't understand it because I'm bad at the tooth out of greeting and I'm not sure I'm sorry that I'm so good at other things. I would like to use it when staying in Hamamatsu, so I expect the front desk education to be thorough!
TTAKABOOOOOWe used it during Hamamatsu sightseeing. It was a subtle distance from the station 10 minutes, but it was a distance that would not be bitter for a solo trip to walk while enjoying the town and the food and drink town. It was a Sunday stay, so it was a very reasonable price, also a free drink and a lounge room with a wide 々, and a full Viking and service and satisfaction that doesn't seem to be free for breakfast, rice, etc. It is a high hotel. The interior of the hotel was renovated and the room was beautiful. I raised it early, so I left my luggage at the front desk, but the response was very good.
SsungoiIt is a little far from the station but acceptable. It was good because it was a quiet place and it is convenient because it is a convenience store in front of you. The employees can respond politely and the breakfast is ◎ considering that it is free. I think the accommodation fee was very cheap considering the above.
GGuest UserIt was convenient because you can go from Hamamatsu Station without crossing a big road. I used it for the live expedition this time, but it was very helpful to arrive at Hamamatsu station around noon and to leave my luggage before check-in and carry it to the room.
It's a short walk to the convenience store, so if you come from the station, you might want to finish shopping at the convenience store first.
The staff at the front desk were polite and very good at any time zone.
I felt that the air conditioner was difficult to adjust for me, and even if it was weakest in three stages, the temperature was a little high.
