Early check in before 2pm. Service is prompt and friendly. We drove and free parking. Plenty of space for parking. A quiet place with ski rental. It’s more convenient to have a car so that you can drive around for food and sightseeing. The onsen has 2 pools, indoor n outdoor. Not very big and usually not crowded. Hotel room is big and we had a balcony facing the snow mountains very cool. Wish the hotel provides some food options like more vending machines. The ski gondola is a few minutes drive away from hotel.

Never ever met such a terrible hotel! Dont go pls!
They clean our room at unreasonable time slot - when we just finished breakfast and return to our room to change. We found all our bedsheets and pajamas on the floor, and they asked us to just wait outside of the room for their cleaning. The breakfast time slot was provided by hotel.
We asked them to help call and book a restaurant for us, the hotel said because we check out tomorrow, they cannot book it.
We visited japan every month and stayed in many cities and regions in japan but this is by far the worst one. No service and disrespectful. I dont understand where the good reviews come from. It must be fake.

Should book a car or else you have to walk 13 min from bus terminal since shuttle bus catered only at specific timing only

Breakfast spread was awesome and we enjoyed our best breakfast during our stay. Room was spacious with seat at the sink that doubled up as dressing table too and beds comfortable for our good night sleep. The front desk was helpful to book our yakiniku dinner. Highly recommend the hotel.

Because I was very satisfied with everything when I stayed at Miyakojima Tokyu Hotel, I chose Hakuba Tokyu Hotel to stay for three nights this time. This is a hotel with a long history. The rooms are spacious and the facilities are a bit old. The view of the Happo-one Mountains from the balcony is beautiful and spectacular. The hotel is located near the Happo-one Cable Car Station and is only a 10-minute walk from the Happo-ba Mountain Station. The hotel service is very average. The service attitude of the hotel staff is relatively indifferent. They rarely take the initiative to say hello and rarely smile. Because there are no places to eat around, we asked to book dinner when we checked in, and they answered that our seats were fully booked, so we could only go to a convenience store to solve the problem that day. The next day, they still answered that we were fully booked. Until the third day, a receptionist still refused to book our dinner. I told them that I was going to complain. The employee asked a female employee who was a little older next to him. The older female employee was also indifferent and reluctantly let us book dinner for the third day. By the way, the dinner that we finally got was really not good, and the taste was average. My overall feeling is that our stay seemed to have caused trouble for the hotel. Compared with the warm service we received at Miyakojima Tokyu Hotel, there was a huge gap.

The hardware is Tokyu, but the content is just a lodging facility.
The staff are all in training and can't speak Japanese, it's awful. I'll never go there again. The clientele was also awful.
