The room is very nice with a lot of space and a nice view overseeing the river and small waterfall. The facilities like the private onsen is super nice as well. Public bath - we tried both , are good standard too. And super clean too. However, two things need to be mindful of: 1. The meal isn’t great as expected - they serve kids lunch as kids dinner, and for adults one, it is not the kind of nice setup I imagined 2. The tatami blanket is …. Below hygiene standard. I feel super itchy staying under the blanket and my boy got some bugs bite sadly. I hope they can arrange for a big clean up everytime.

I highly recommend this hotel, which is just near Hakone Yumoto Station, a 5-minute walk away. It has convenient transportation and is very convenient to every scenic spot. The hotel has Japanese-style rooms with open-air baths, as well as a large hot spring and open-air bath on the rooftop. It provides Kaiseki cuisine and has very good service. It specializes in private dining rooms. The Japanese-style room can accommodate three mattresses, making it suitable for families traveling with children!

The room is big enough for four people, the sanitary conditions are very good, the bathroom is not big but it is quite clean. The bath is on the sixth floor, it can be used from 3 pm, 50 minutes each time, just make an appointment with the front desk. As for the spring water, it smells a little like bleach, it will be very hot after soaking for a while, which is quite comfortable. The biggest advantage is the location, it is a three to five minute walk from Hakone Yumoto Station, and it is convenient to go anywhere. A table was set for breakfast and dinner, and I experienced the feeling of cooking, but the taste was average.
