Hotel’s view was very nice but service was quite bad. I got skin rashes and itching problems because of unhygienic bathroom and expired body wash. Won’t recommend this hotel in future. Bad service

A charming ryokan in the hills above Lake Ashi. My husband and I stayed in an apartment style unit with tatami rooms with futons. We enjoyed the onsen (indoor and outdoor). Breakfast (extra fee) was a traditional and delicious Japanese morning meal. Our unit had a beautiful view of the lake and Mt Fuji. It's a little remote which was wonderful but you'll want to eat before you settle in and pack snacks and tea or coffee for morning. The people were friendly and helpful. You can arrange to be picked up at the Kojiri Terminal. I would stay here again.

Good environment but not bed ready, and no bathroom in the room.

I checked out from Tokyo early in the morning on November 4th and headed to Hakone. I booked this hotel very early in advance. The boss is very nice. He added WeChat before coming here, which makes communication very convenient. Booked breakfast at the hotel and a private hot spring bath. The boss arranged everything well. And the price is also very favorable. It is much more affordable than domestic prices. The name of the hotel is also very nice: Qifuzhuang. I stayed in the room "Dahkala" and the view outside was very good. The scenery is beautiful. This room type is probably the best room in this hotel. Originally, the weather started to change in the afternoon when we checked in on the 4th, and the wind picked up. I thought I wouldn't be able to see Mount Fuji on the morning of the 5th, but I didn't expect to see the beautiful Mount Fuji early the next morning (the morning of the 5th). I was really happy. After dinner on the evening of the 4th, the driver took us back to the hotel and saw a lovely wild sika deer. It was really good luck. I hope that my good luck will come true to friends who read this comment, and that they will have good luck. The hotel's private hot spring bath is really good. After soaking for an hour, I feel very comfortable and full of energy. The breakfast at the hotel on the morning of the 5th was also great. The tea is also very delicious. Thanks to the hotel's service staff, it was a great visit to Hakone this time. The owner of the hotel is also very customer-oriented. When coming to Hakone, he can arrange a car to pick up and drop off at the station in advance, which really solved a big problem for me. Thank you all at once. On the evening of the 4th, the boss recommended a place to eat in Renwo, and the boss personally drove me there. After having a good meal, the owner of this cheap restaurant sent us back to the hotel. On the way back to the hotel, I also met a sika deer and asked the hotel owner. He said that he had been coming to Hakone for several years and usually rarely saw this wild sika deer. It must mean we are lucky.

I highly recommend staying here. Although the hotel is a little far from Hakone Yumoto Station, it is very convenient for commuting. You can get off at the T-line bus stop on the first floor of the subway and take it to the terminal station, Togendai. The owner will pick you up for free, which is very convenient. Togendai Station is the terminal station for the Hakone Cable Car and Lake Tour. It takes 5 minutes to drive from the hotel, and it is convenient to go back after the fun. The hotel is halfway up the mountain, very quiet, with a wide view. The two handsome guys who provide Chinese services are very patient, and the room is very clean. There were not many people when I went there. Every night, the open-air hot spring was a special session, which was perfect and took off the fatigue of the day. The hot spring here is very good. The only thing is that there is no dinner, so you need to solve it yourself before going back to the hotel. The owner will also give some time arrangements and suggestions for playing, which is very helpful. It is recommended to stay for a few more days and relax. You can see Lake Ashi and Mount Fuji from the room.

I think it's the best in the neighborhood. The facilities were very clean, and most of all, the staff was very kind. Since the trains in this area are long, if you're near the lake where Hakone Shrine is, they'll pick you up and drop you off at the station nearby the next day✌️‼️ Above all, the view was crazy😍 At night, you can see a lot of stars✨ In the morning, you can see Mt. Fuji and the lake of Hakone Shrine with a cruise ship. 🥰 Since you can see Mt. Fuji from the outdoor hot spring, I recommend it because it's great for enjoying leisure while looking at the scenery‼️However, depending on the season, the snow on Mt. Fuji may melt and not be visibleㆅㆅ It's a good idea to prepare food at a convenience store before checking in. The staff will drive you to the convenience store, but it's a bit awkward to ask for it, so I think it's better to prepare it in advance if possible😁😁 I'm not good at writing, so it's messy, but it's a great accommodation just like the pictures. The environment is very good, the air is fresh, and the store service is very good. It is rare to see a large room in Japan. The hotel has its own hot spring with a beautiful view. If you are lucky, you can see Mount Fuji in the hotel lobby. The breakfast may not suit our taste, and the size of the yukata is a bit large

I didn't have high expectations when I decided to stay here. It was just a hotel for the night. But after I arrived, I realized that this place gave me a lot of surprises. First of all, I didn't know that there were natural hot springs here. I wanted to take a dip in the day return hot springs. But I didn't expect that you can take a bath here, and the hot springs are very good. The second surprise is that before I came here, I was thinking about finding a place in Hakone where I could see Mount Fuji. I didn't expect that I could see it from the hotel's platform, with a wide view and a beautiful angle. Thirdly, the service staff can communicate proficiently in Chinese and their sincere and friendly manner makes me, a traveler in a foreign land, feel warmer. It is a place I don’t want to leave once I live.

The hotel is located in a very high staircase. It is not recommended for the elderly or those with heavy luggage to stay. The room facilities are average and the cost performance is not high.

It is difficult to get luggage in and out. The service attitude is good, but there is still no waiter to consult.
