For me, the food is great, fit portions, while my partner thought the breakfast time was too early and affected the appetite for food.
The location is great, it’s convenient. The environment is relaxing and quiet, the staffs are nice and good hospitality.
We wish to visit again and stay longer as we both enjoy the hot spring days

Good onsen hotel, both private and outdoor. Dinner serving is great and tasty. Breakfast Option is good too. The resort also provide free Ramen, coffee and tea as well as ice cream after your onsen bath. Room is big and comfortable.

Very good experience in Hotel with traditional meals including dinner and breakfast. Hot springs are very extraordinary and we relaxed in both private and public hot springs. Front counter are very friendly and helpful for all information needed.
Night Ramen is served for guests and very nice. Recommended for accommodation.

The public onsen is really amazing with complete amenities provided also the outdoor onsen is extremely nice, we didn't even use the bath in our room.

Excellent, the room was clean, spacious and despite the building being a little far (we were staying at the moon building) we enjoyed it a lot!
The food was wonderful and love the snack bar!

Great location, right next to Gora station. As I have spend holidays in many other onsen ryokans before, I wouldn’t rate this highly. Room is clean, just a bit dated. Food and service are okay. However, other visitors are quite loud in the restaurant. Not too bad for the price, however I would recommend other onsen ryokans instead.

A nice hot springs hotel with different pools for the private use. Having a happy hour food from 6:00pm and noddles between 10:00pm and 11:00pm. Dinner and breakfast meet the expectation and worth for value.
