Pullman Hai Phong Hotel ~^^ Reservation completed during the opening period~~ Perhaps because it is a newly built hotel, it is very comfortable. And so kind~~ First of all, please upgrade the room. However, the disappointing thing is that the Grab pickup location is confusing. The Vietnamese people came to the wrong place haha.. And the staff are a bit weak in English~^^;;;; There were even some people who kept speaking in Vietnamese haha. Communication is not good.. ~^^;;; Can't use the lounge bar...closes early... The swimming pool is very nice~~ Divided into children and adults ~~^^ I was worried because I was short, but the depth of the water was 1.4m, so it was okay for me, who can't swim. First of all, it was clean ~^^ Since we were in the same gym, the gym staff accepted the towels we used ~~^^ Breakfast didn't have a lot of variety, but it was worth eating. Do you wish there was a little more to eat?? Compared to other hotels, there are a lot of things to eat lightly, but there are fewer dishes than expected ~~^^;;; The coffee is really delicious haha. Dishes like rice noodles are dangerous, so I'm so glad they brought it to my seat ~~^^ It's a bit disappointing that Netflix isn't available...YouTube is available haha. Smartly, the hotel renewal was shown very well on TV. The water pressure is really good. It's nice that it's like a chair to sit on in the shower room. ~~♡♡ I hope it becomes a high-quality hotel with a little more time👍

Cost-effective, the basic configuration of the hotel is worthy of this price. The proprietress at the front desk will speak some English and the service attitude is very good. Hotel location is OK. The hotel is also clean.

Arrived on Dec. 30th. and welcomed by Mr. Huy, front desk manager, with his captivating smile. I enjoyed two blissfully wonderful days. Mr. Billy, Food and Beverage Manager, was so kind, during my first breakfast. The meal to welcome 2022 was superb. Master Chef Kenny presented a most imaginative and mouth watering menu of delight. We started with a scrumptious pumpkin and salmon tart, followed by a flower crab salad with red lump caviar, and delightful bursts of passion fruit. An ingenious mushroom soup was next with scampi prawn and lobster bisque. For me, a life lover of fungi, this was a new experience of wonder. We then enjoyed a beautiful salmon dish served in a rich and tasty broth. Fillet Mignon and death by chocolate completed the food symphony of delight. Take a bow chef Kenny! . Later on we all enjoyed a quiz and welcomed in the New Year in a Japanese fashion with lots of bubbly. Finally, thank you Minh Trang, at reception, for finally Seeing on my way back to Hanoi.

This is an awesome hotel. The staff is super friendly and can assist in English. The room is very neat and clean. It is fitted with modern furnishing and you have everything you need including an excellent TV package. The breakfast is very good and the fitness room is well equipped for a great workout. Can strongly recommend this hotel.

It was good value for money, ~45USD one night, It had everything we could wish for. spotless…clean and firm bedding, nice restroom. Compare with other hotel in Hai Phong even big city Hanoi..Danang, this hotel was beyond our expectations. Great Hotel.

Before, it was very difficult to find a satisfactory hotel. But from now on, maybe this is the Family Hotel I will stop at every time I come to Hai Phong or when I return home often I will stop by here. The hotel is too clean. Staff are very enthusiastic. Even the cleaning lady and the security guard are still enthusiastic kkkk. On the first floor, next to it is a popular restaurant that is very delicious and very cheap. There's a lot of food in the restaurants, just a few steps away. Conveniently close to the airport. Taking a taxi to the airport costs just over 40k VND. Generally . 100 points for the hotel. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel for one night and found it to be well-located, right next to Van Cao Street, which is bustling with bars and restaurants. The proximity to AEON Mall, other attractions in Hai Phong, and the airport is a major plus. Renting a bike from the hotel was convenient for exploring the city. While the rooms are small, they are comfortable and feature a small kitchen, which is great for cooking or reheating takeaways. The bed was cozy, but the bathroom needed improvement due to some mold and hair. Additionally, the noisy elevator disturbed my sleep. Despite these issues, I would stay here again on my next visit to Hai Phong.

The room is very clean and the service is first-class. The beautiful woman at the front desk can communicate in English. She also introduced the surrounding supermarkets. There is a very large supermarket called GO. It is great to eat, drink coffee and tea nearby, and even eat barbecue. There is a seafood shop next to it. The seafood fried rice is super delicious. I didn't order anything else after my meal. I guess I can't go wrong because it's next to the seafood market. In the evening, there are many locals there. By the way, the boss and his wife are also very nice. What I need to say is that the price is definitely affordable. I don’t care about breakfast. It’s good to have a bowl of clean noodles and a baguette. Of course, it’s a different matter to pick earlier.
