The room is a bit basic, but it has air conditioning and a fan. It is completely acceptable for the price. I like it very much and can recommend it. There are many locals living here. It is very convenient to go anywhere with a motorcycle.

It's so bad. I booked a room for 4 people, but no room was available, so I didn't give a refund. What's even more outrageous is that they don't turn on the air conditioner. The reason is that there is not enough room for them and it is not cost-effective for them to turn on the air conditioner. When guests check out, they don't change the bed sheets and pillowcases. The room is very big. When I booked, there were no seats for 10 people. In fact, I was assigned a room for 10 people and only a Vietnamese girl stayed there. The landlord is not always there, so I have to call him. There is one drawback. The bugle starts blowing at 5:30. You can probably hear it wherever you live in Haiphong.
