New hotel, very nice and comfortable Breakfast plenty of choice

The room is good, the welcome is OK, maybe the new hotel still has a taste of decoration. The front desk service is good, the overall environment on the first floor is also good, but the lighting is a bit dim, it would be better if it is brighter. There is also a bar on the rooftop suitable for relaxation

The purpose was to stay at a new hotel. I paid for 2 adults and 2 children, including lounge access. I added an extra bed~ The food and friendliness were all good. Since it had only recently opened, we felt like we were getting a lot of attention? So even though they were already friendly, I think they felt even friendlier. If you want to stay at a new hotel, I highly recommend it. Ask for a high floor~!! There's not much to see in downtown Hai Phong, so a high floor would be nice!

However, the disappointing thing is that the Grab pickup location is confusing. The Vietnamese people came to the wrong place haha.. And the staff are a bit weak in English~^^;;;; There were even some people who kept speaking in Vietnamese haha. Communication is not good.. ~^^;;; Can't use the lounge bar...closes early... The swimming pool is very nice~~ Divided into children and adults ~~^^ I was worried because I was short, but the depth of the water was 1.4m, so it was okay for me, who can't swim. First of all, it was clean ~^^ Since we were in the same gym, the gym staff accepted the towels we used ~~^^ Breakfast didn't have a lot of variety, but it was worth eating. Do you wish there was a little more to eat?? Compared to other hotels, there are a lot of things to eat lightly, but there are fewer dishes than expected ~~^^;;; The coffee is really delicious haha. Dishes like rice noodles are dangerous, so I'm so glad they brought it to my seat ~~^^ It's a bit disappointing that Netflix isn't available...YouTube is available haha. Smartly, the hotel renewal was shown very well on TV. The water pressure is really good. It's nice that it's like a chair to sit on in the shower room. ~~♡♡ I hope it becomes a high-quality hotel with a little more time👍

The room is quite big and nice. There is Chinese service, but it may have just opened, and some of it is not in place, but I am still very satisfied. There is a swimming pool and the scenery is beautiful. I will continue to choose it next time.

The hotel is very new. It opened in July and we checked in in July. The decoration style is very fashionable, but the room decoration is a bit smelly (the waiter gave the coffee grounds to deodorize), so it is best to choose a room with a balcony. The hotel service is very good, but the breakfast is a bit early, it ends at 9:30😅. There are two points worthy of improvement: the gym should be equipped with drinking water, and the bedside chandelier in the room is too short and easy to bump heads.

Everything was good, the only downside was that there was no staff to help bring things to the room. I had to drag 2 big heavy suitcases by myself, wearing high heels and the hallway was carpeted so it was very difficult.

It is very convenient to go downstairs to buy coffee and have a late night snack. The room is large, but the quilt is thick, the gym is very good, there are many breakfast options, and self-service coffee is very convenient, but the fruit selection is average, which does not reflect the advantages of Southeast Asian countries with rich fruits.
