The room is spacious, the bedding is clean, the facilities are in place, the food is delicious, and they try their best to meet any requests without shirking. Someone drank too much that day and was a bit noisy and rest was very angry, but the boss was always there, dealing with the problem, and it didn't affect the rest. It is inevitable that there will be emergencies when you go out to play, and I understand that, and the boss has been comforting me. I despise people with no quality, and I have good comments on the boss. I slept well at night, and the arranged housekeeper responded promptly. I had a happy time, but I didn't see the Ice and Snow World this time, which is a bit regrettable. I will come again next time and choose Snow Mushroom.

Location is quite good near the shuttle bus drop off point. Less than 5mins walk. If you have a lot of luggage this is an important point as you don’t need to drag luggage in the snow to the accommodations. And they pull a trolley to come to help us with our luggage very good service. Rooms are decent but my friends have concern if they change the bedsheets everyday after every guests. Since we are just staying 1 night I think it was still bearable. They provided hot water and dongbei red jacket for us to take pictures and play around. You can also order breakfast from them that they can provide soya bean and buns and porridge.

Room and toilet were clean and tidy. Toilet was squatting type. We slept on the ‘kang’ but room has warmer and humidifier. Basement room has urine smell especially at the corridor. Shower heater only can supply hot water for one person shower at a time. Second person need to wait for another 20-30min before another wave of hot water supply. Staff was very friendly and kind to us. We couldn’t make it for breakfast for the next day due to the excursion, but staffs provided us with boiled eggs and mantou on the go. The exterior view of the cottage was breathtaking, plus the snowing on the next day makes this place so magical. Recommend to those who wanna experience snowing.

The staff at Xueyun Holiday Hotel are very knowledgeable about the local area and recommended some small but beautiful attractions to us. The windows in the room are well sealed and no cold wind comes in.

The hotel housekeeper Tiedan is a very responsible housekeeper who responds to requests and responds in a timely manner. The room is also very large and has its own restaurant for dinner. Recommended to stay!

Good location. 3 mins walk from the place where the internal snow village bus drops us. It is inside the snow village The room is clean and warm. The bed mattress is thick and comfortable. Wifi and drinking water tap (need to boil before drinking) inside the room. The water heater is working well. 5% discount on meals for in~house guests. Staff are friendly. Foreigners are welcome to stay here. We are a family of 4 from Singapore. Highly recommended. Chinese name of mingsu is 勇者家园。
