A very good location hotel, very close to the provincial government, very convenient. By the way, it is not 10 minutes to go to the old street of the arcade. The room was big enough and very clean. The room eldest sister service was very good. She helped with the laundry and sent it to the room neatly. She also provided more water, which was very warm. The hotel is newly opened, the environment is very good, the breakfast is also rich, cost-effective, recommended.

Second time staying in this hotel and enjoying. Really good price/value. Hotel is in a central area and nice to relax alone or in couple.

I recently stayed at [Hotel Name], and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome and well-cared for at all times. The location is great, with easy access to local food and supermarket. A special mention goes to their coffee; it was truly exceptional and a delightful start to each morning. Overall, a wonderful stay with top-notch service, a perfect location, and a great coffee experience. Highly recommended!

Really nice little hotel. Great location. Room was small but I am a solo traveller so it's just right for me. I don't ask for much. Just a clean room, no bedbugs, hot shower and clean toilet and I'm happy. I stayed there 4 days and didn't encounter any noise issues even in the hotel itself. Would stay there again.

After we update to a large family suite room (x2 room) , it was well maintained , cozy and comfortable. Toilet is privacy too. Location was very very convenient and walkable to most attractions too.  A special compliment to a customer service young lady 小姐姐 at the counter. She’s young and passionate about hotel management and her helpfulness in assisting us to local attractions. Her enthusiastic energy really need appraisal. Her work behaviors really an asset to Zizai Music hotel.  Highly recommend to guests who booked with them. I’ll believe you be well taken care of. 

The hotel environment is very good, the room layout is reasonable, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, very clean and without any odor. I heard that Hainan is very humid, but staying in this hotel, I didn't feel that humid feeling at all. The air is very ventilated. Each room has a window, and the air conditioner in the room is a central air conditioner with both hot and cold functions. There is also airport pick-up service. I arrived at night with my children, and the front desk was very considerate to upgrade the room and provide delayed check-out service the next day. I would like to express my gratitude for their warm and thoughtful service and give them a five-star rating!

Thumbs up for the cleaning department 👍 Facilities: The new hotel in 2024, from the lobby, restaurant, corridor, room, all the facilities are new, high-quality and clean, especially the room, which is clean, bright and high-quality. There are separate living rooms and rooms to meet the needs of family members for activities and rest in different areas. Catering: The hotel's breakfast is very rich, high-quality and delicious, the supplementary dishes are very timely and sufficient, the environment layout and decoration are also very elegant, and the whole family is very happy to eat. Environment: It is very convenient to travel, shop and eat around the hotel. The hotel has its own parking lot. You can park for free by providing your license plate number when you check in. There is a very popular Lao Ba Cha in Haikou near the hotel - Ju Fu An, which is very good and worth recommending!

Comfortable clean and new rooms at a good price. As such, it’s a very good for value hotel. However, Breakfast was quite simple and not really delicious or good. Hotel is just opposite a big shopping mall (9 level) so you can eat there and shop there or watch movie there or get foot massage in many places near the hotel. Very well located hotel and convenient due to its close proximity to shopping mall.

The service here is very good, and there are midnight snacks. I arrived very late by bike alone, but the housekeeper Xiao Zhao still made me feel at home and upgraded my room for free. His voice and tone were very nice, and I give him a thumbs up. There is also welcome hot water. Every staff here is very warm and friendly. When I was washing clothes in the laundry room, the clothes were taken by mistake. The staff kept helping me find them. The clothes here can also be taken to your room after washing. If I have time, I really want to go there again.
