The room overall is good. Bed and pillow super comfy. Need slight improvement for cleanliness as some part of the floor is kind of sticky. Breakfast in acceptable range as options are quite limited. Service standard by all hotel staffs could be further improved. Anyway, extra credit to the lady manager at morning shift which is extra helpful and friendly. The location is good and convenient. Very near to eateries and convenient store.

The washbasin and toilet are separated so that my husband and I don't disturb each other when we get up to wash our faces and go to the bathroom. The room is very quiet and clean. The bed was soft, clean and hygienic, and I slept soundly. The service was also very good and enthusiastic. They helped me take my luggage to the room and solved any needs immediately. The surrounding environment is also great. Going downstairs is the Qilou Old Street, which is lively during the day and quiet and beautiful at night. I will come again next time if I have the chance.

The location is fantastic, being within the old street itself, however, this also means that the hustle and bustle of the busy street could be heard within the room (as well as noise from the corridor ＞.＜). Toilet is a bit musky but otherwise, a very comfortable and restful stay!

However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself. On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.
