Well appointed, clean and large rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Located near the centre of Hai'an. Nearby Restaurant street, shopping mall and several bars.

I always stay at Wangfu. The room is big and has a bathtub. I have never used it. The parking lot is big, so I don't have to worry about parking. It provides a lot of services for meals and accommodation.

Close to the high-speed rail station, convenient for travel, spacious rooms, welcome fruits. Areas for improvement:
1. The hotel service did not keep up with the hotel price, the front desk attitude was so-so, there were only two front desks in such a large hotel, the check-in efficiency was low, and the people who jumped the queue were checked in first, speechless.
2. When I went to have breakfast and just walked in, an auntie shouted loudly "What is the room number?" It was also weird. This was the first time I met a hotel that asked room numbers like this.
Although the breakfast was rich, when I went to eat at 7 o'clock, the stir-fried dishes were cold. I asked the auntie if she had wontons, and the auntie replied "Go get it yourself". In the final analysis, the service was not good.
