The room type I booked does not match the room I actually stayed in. The room I booked in Figure 1 has a window and a street view. The room I actually stayed in in Figure 2 only has a skylight. The 12 Euro city tax paid at the hotel turned into 27 Euro. Fortunately, Ctrip customer service arranged compensation in time. The hotel front desk has a bad attitude, old facilities, and the access card does not work properly. I have to use the front desk key to open the door every time I go in and out. The front desk has a bad attitude, swears, behaves rudely and curses, although it is in English, do you think I don't understand? ! Be careful when booking a hotel!

The room was very nice, clean, large and simple. It was a good and cost-effective hotel to stay in the Netherlands. The lobby on the first floor was decorated very artistically, like a reception room in an art gallery. The receptionist downstairs was very enthusiastic. When he heard that I was here for my birthday, he gave me a wooden knife and fork to eat the cake.

You can take Line 1 to the beach in the morning. Very close to Chinatown. The front desk is also very welcoming.

Nice hotel, we stayed 1 night for a festival (Zuiderpark), ideal location with tram 9 in front of the door, 5 stops away. also within walking distance to The Hague central, we slept well there, definitely recommended.

Shower and carpet need to be a bit cleaner, but otherwise nothing to complain about!

The room is on the 3rd floor. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor and then walk up. The room is okay. The toilet is very small. After taking a shower, the whole bathroom is full of water.
