We stayed as a decisive factor that nearby hot spring facilities were available for free. About 1 minute walk from the hotel. It was very cold at the end of the year, but the body and mind were warmed by natural hot springs. The hotel feels like a general business hotel. The soft side was a good impression of the friendly and polite service at the front desk. The room was surprised to enter, but the leather business chair that seemed to be comfortable sitting !! The hotel was located right near the train station. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We had lost a bag of purchased items but was right at front desk when searching. Highly recommended. Will re-visit again.

I had a very comfortable stay. There was a Lawson and a 7-Eleven nearby, which was helpful. It took about 5 minutes from the station, so I had no trouble getting there.

Fuji could be seen, and I was very satisfied because it was a hot spring. ➂ Service Overall, the staff was nice to talk to me when I felt in trouble. Free drinks and bread are provided depending on the time of day, and you can take it back to your room. What was disappointing was the restaurant, and it was a big minus that it took a lot of time to serve. I wonder if it took more than ３０ minutes to provide the sashimi. I was surprised that the main came first for some reason. Breakfast was also served late, so late customers were crowded in the lobby. ④ＳＤＧｓ To be clear, this is ruining this hotel. ＳＤＧｓ I think it should be enlightened, but what this hotel is doing is clearly a cost reduction named ＳＤＧｓ. It is because guests stay at a high price hotel to experience the extraordinary feeling, and I think that the real pleasure of staying at a hotel is to enjoy the equipment and amenities that the hotel is particular about. Even so, this hotel stingy with a toothbrush. (One ５００ You can choose whether to buy a high bamboo toothbrush or bring it with you in the mystery of the yen) There are only the minimum amenities in the room. I thought it was nice that each bed had a valuables box. The body soap provided was additive-free and safe to use. The female staff member taught me about Mt. Takao and I had a great time. I would definitely stay here again.

The accommodation was so much better than what I thought! It's spacious and comfortable with the window view of the trees and 5 minute walk from the train station and Mt Takao trail. Youhei who greeted us at reception was outstanding in his customer service, he explained there would be vegan breakfast served daily as I put a request for vegan and didn't get a response that there would be vegan breakfast and he gave us tips on how to use the amenities here and how to communicate to the restaurant staff about our request. We enjoyed the bonfire and cooking corn which tasted amazing. The feedback I would give is the young Japanese woman who served us for dinner on the first night on Friday 12th July at 8pm, she was very quick to get the bill and take the money without being patient and focused, it felt like we we're not welcomed. Other than that I would come back again!

I stayed there one night as lodging on Yokota Air Base was not available. I am a member of Toyoko Inn and I had ten points from previous stays in other Toyoko Inns giving me a free stay. The location is great. Multiple convenience stores one which is right outside the entrance. Also there is a supermarket and taxi stand close by. Excellent and very informative staff. The room was a typical Toyoko Inn room. Very small, but you had everything. Staff very friendly and informative if you needed information.

It is very close to Odakyu and JR Machida Station, and there are all department stores and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. Objectively speaking, the hotel room size is relatively large among hotels of the same level. Toothbrushes, razors, toiletries, and small packages of lotion need to be picked up by yourself. There seem to be more and more hotels like this in Japan recently, especially hotel chains like this one. The breakfast variety is limited, but it's no problem if you're full.

I thought dinner was absolutely delicious, and the night meal Tan 々 noodles are also authentic and delicious! When I was in Kanpo no Inn, I couldn't eat at a nearby inn, so I think it was improved. The front desk was good and I was satisfied!
