Neat and clean hotel with excellent service. Near to station . Quite fast checkin . Room was spacious and well maintained.Nice breakfast. Mr Sunny Tomar at reception was quite helpful. Stayed first time. Hope to stay during future visits.

I had the worst experience at a hotel in Gwalior, especially after paying Rs 7,918 for two nights. 1. I did not receive warm water for bathing on either of the two consecutive days, despite complaining to the staff.
2. On the second day, after paying for breakfast, I was told that it would not be served because they claimed I did not pick up the call, and they closed the breakfast service.

Hotel is clean and the staff is very warm. Mr. Sunny was really helpful and warm. The hospitality is good. Food taste and quality are okay, can be improved and the washroom can be better maintained.

Felt cheated with regards to the room condition. broken curtains, damaged fridge , foul smell, untidy toilet rim, damaged taps, damaged non working power plugs, and flaky walls

I came to Ramaya Hotel. They served very good food. Their service was good. Food was delicious. I enjoyed it a lot. My trip was wonderful. House keeping team took good care, guests were welcomed very nicely. Check in check out process was easy, coordination staff, specially manager Ranjit is very good.

Everything is good… staff nature is so nice and very helpful….. Room is so beautiful and managed well and all necessary items are available at a single ring…… Dinner was so delicious and morning breakfast was superb so many different recipes were available…. all things are super…
