真的很無語啊大過年的想來打個麻將 進去才坐下打麻將 就感覺手被什麼蟲子給咬了 然後就發現了一衹跳蚤 立馬捏死😅😅😅真晦氣大過年的給我手咬的賊癢還很疼 這個衞生真服了

衞生差，設施陳舊，破舊老店，前台服務差，住了4晚，開了2晚單間，2晚麻將房，可恨的是還要繼續住一晚的，結果電梯壞了，行李需要上10樓去取，小孩拿不了我上去一趟沒搬完，還剩一小箱雞蛋沒拿下來，我等着中午回家吃飯讓前台保潔下班帶下來，我回拿行李時，沒人給拿我又從10樓上去看見保潔再閑敍..保安抬腳坐着都不給拿一下，我下來後腿都發軟，汗滴噠噠噠噠，試問這是不是你們店裡的原因給我帶來麻煩，這樣的店還能開多久？

今天酒店12點給我打電話告訴我讓我1點會辦理退房。平時我住酒店，如果遇到超時扣費的情況服務員一般會説明到時間了會扣費，電腦自動扣費，但是這個服務員在電話裏面並未説明，衹告訴我到時會退房。大概在1.05分整理完畢。我可以接受超時付費，但是，服務員在電話溝通中並沒有説明超時扣費的具體情況。我到前台時詢問服務員是按什麼時間計費，服務員跟我説是客人到前台的時間來計費。那麼我想問，中間等電梯的時間算誰的。他電梯慢也要算在我身上？如果慢1分鐘他也按慢一分鐘來計算？總結
1、衞生間馬桶蓋不穩
2、電梯等待時間長，容易導致客户多消費
3、服務員通知客户情況不清晰
