It’s great. It’s the most satisfying hotel during my trip to Turkey. Highly recommended!
The hotel is beautiful, blue and white with bougainvillea, close to the Aegean Sea, and very a**ospheric. The room is very large and the balcony is also very large. On the first day of check-in, the room was filled with welcome fruit desserts and a bottle of red wine. It was so sincere!
The breakfast is also great. The restaurant is on the beach. After eating, you can go directly to the beach to bask in the sun. Dry towels and drinks are always ready, which makes it full of romance.
The service staff were warm and friendly. They called us a taxi and helped us communicate with the driver, which saved us a lot of trouble.

Fabulous property away from crowded Bodrum. First impression of Lobby and staff is fantastic. I cannot say enough about the superb service offered by the Kaya Plazzo staff. Hotel is magnificent. My room was exceptional, beautifully decorated, lovely bed linens and comfortable mattress. I enjoyed the beautiful view of the Aegean Sea. Internet worked very well, no issues. AC was cold and worked properly. Guest Relations Manager was outstanding. He was always available to take care of any needs or request. Breakfast buffet is incredible. Selections and presentation is outstanding. Yusuf and Bilal, from teh breakfast server staff were very attentive and provided excellent service. Yamut, the server on the beach was attentive and wanted to make me comfortable and provide exceptional service with food and drinks. I can highly recommend this property. This is definitately an outstanding 5 Star property.

We had a very nice experience overall in this resort, as a family with a toddler, and recomand it. Beach and views are great, rooms are very big, breakfast was rich and fresh, the client relations manager (Mr Serhat) and the beach staff, including buggy drivers, very professional and prompt. The only minus for us was the a la carte restaurant, where the quality of services and taste of dishes left a lot to be desired. Luckily, Bodrum Marina and downtown was easily accesibile from this resort, so we could have better choices by dining in town.

The most luxurious and comfiest place to stay with family and at your honeymoon. We loved the bed and bathroom. Loved the breakfast. Loved the hotel service. Loved the welcoming staff. Loved everything. Serhat, the manager, is the best and a great host.

I visited in June, with this being our first visit to Bodrum. Upon arrival, Serhat and his team showed impeccable service. The room was incredible, toiletries, housekeeping etc. Everyone went above and beyond, including remembering our favourite drinks at the buffet / bar, Abdurrahim was amazing and so friendly! Serhat was incredible, he was available any time of the day to help us. Everything about this hotel was amazing, the gym, the buffet, the pool, the beach. Everything. The food at the buffet was incredible and changed each night. We have stayed at Jumeriah hotels in Dubai, and this hotel topped their service. Thank you so much, we will be back. Mitchell

Everything is great. I went twice. First time was honeymoon and second time with my wife and baby at the moment. This time i stayed in garden suite which is a better experience than the previous one. The room was clean and quite big. The sea was very close, buggy is taking you there. Sea was marvelous especially in the morning. Breakfast was great with large buffet. We chose breakfast and bed not full since we would go out for dinner. But i am pretty sure that lunch and dinner must be good. Just as a suggestion they can add all inclusive system as an optional choice which contains beach restaurant service. I feel like home when i go there. The only missing is that the people who prefer entertainment can be a little bit bored. Therefore for a family trip it is perfect but if you are a young and single guy you may not find according to entertainment purposes.

Excellent hotel we loved it ! Food is amazing and service was perfect. Staff were very helpful and especially Serhat in the front desk and Ali at the beach. Serhat made sure to share his best recommendations and even facilitated the reservations. The family room was clean and spacious and the view was incredible . The buffet variety was great with different options everyday. Thank you and keep up the great work.

I was in Kaya Palazzo Resort with my husband and 2 year old between dates 10-15 June this year. It was an incredible experience. The place in overall was very luxurous and clean. The open buffet was ten stars, it's been far more the most wonderful food experience I've had in a hotel so far. The sea was sandy and very clean. The Kids Club "Ma-Me-Pa" was incredibly attentive, my daughter had the time of her life. In addition, the staff was very kind and happy-to-serve. Mr.Serhat (our guest relationship responsible) was very kind and attentive at all times. He spoke more than 2 foreign languages. Mr.Abdurrahim, Mr.Yusuf and Ms.Gonul served us incredibly in the open buffet restaurant area. I definitely recommend this hotel to anybody! 🥇✨️
