連住兩晚，都覺得這裏性價比很高，房間大，停車方便，位置不錯。就在退房當天晚上才發現漏了自帶的電源線，趕忙與酒店前台聯繫。得知情況後，工作人員立馬幫我們找人查看，並安排人手聯繫滴滴車，及時送到我的地方，解決了我的燃眉之急。經再三感謝，並要對方提供姓名，才告知是洪主管，還多次表示這是他們應該做的。雲庭酒店的服務真讓出外的遊人暖心…

酒店服務人員態度很好小姐姐服務很熱情，操作也很快入住兩下就辦好了，不拖泥帶水，還送了免費礦泉水，就是酒店大堂一般了，但是進去房間給我一個驚喜，房間很温馨。佈局很好，給我一個回到家的感覺，下次還要來。

一共睡了三天，不同的前台，同樣的無微不至的服
務!最驚訝的是，我讓前台幫我打印東西，不但幫我打印好了，還給我分門別類。向前台詢問，竟然是老闆自己做的。我之前就懷疑老闆是不是一個女士,因為前台不僅有自助洗衣房。還有機器人免費送物。心思極為細膩,一問果然如此。
此次入住非常滿意，下次還會再來!

已記不得來多少次貴州了，不愧被譽為中國避暑之都。雖然現在還未入夏，但燥熱的天氣及高聳的建築我已厭煩。這片城市的美食和遍佈的綠植驅使着我的心來到這座城市。爬過這裏的黔靈山，走過這裏的甲秀樓。白天玩累了，回到酒店有舒適的床榻，這裏一切都那麼美好

在貴陽來準備避暑來了，選過幾個酒店，感覺這家住着舒適度還不錯，服務也挺好的，隨叫隨到，前台的小姑娘小黃也很懂禮貌，也比較開朗活潑，非常好，風景也挺OK到。對於外地人來説，性價比也比較高，比我預想的要好的多。

在貴陽住的酒店不下於10家了，性價比最高的還是這家。前台機器人送東西非常方便，房間窗簾智能化，不用起床去開關，這一點非常方便，前台服務也非常熱情，就是操作還不太熟練，應該是剛入職的吧，不過也沒耽誤時間。總體還是非常不錯的

作為一個經常出差的人，再加上我本身有選擇困難症，對於酒店方面還是很挑剔的。因為可選擇的酒店不多，最終還是選擇了雲庭酒店。一進房間，室內面積和網上標註的一樣，讓我感覺不那麼壓抑。淋浴器水也很足，舒舒服服洗了個熱水澡，床墊很軟讓我很放鬆。這個價位讓我驚到了，酒店還是2鑽。但是房間設施配置真的絕了，最主要服務也不差[呲牙]
