I thought it was clean but the quality of the bedding was not good, so I ordered takeout and bought a disposable four-piece set around 10:30 in the evening. At 11 o'clock in the evening, the delivery boy called the front desk and asked us to wait for a robot to deliver it. Then he waited for half an hour and no robot came to deliver it, nor did the front desk contact us to ask us to pick it up. My husband went downstairs to ask the front desk. As a result, at the front desk, the front desk said that the delivery boy had left it outside someone else's room and the front desk could not contact us. ? Could you please tell me if you can't contact me or if you haven't contacted me yet? Why did the delivery boy put it in the wrong room after he asked for it to be delivered by a robot? The robot didn't deliver it for half an hour. If you're busy, I understand. You can give me a call and ask me to go get it. We waited until eleven o'clock and asked ourselves before we got the disposable sheets and put them on ourselves. Only then can I sit on the bed. After I put on the disposable sheets, I still felt that the whole bed was very uncomfortable and itchy when I fell asleep. From 11 o'clock until after 1 o'clock in the morning, I barely managed to fall asleep. It must be that the bedding is not clean. I have used Miniso’s four-piece set many times and I have never experienced itching while sleeping on it. Moreover, when I put on the quilt cover, I found that the hotel’s own quilt covers were all open and not sealed, so It was folded directly under the mattress. I was speechless. The bedding inside looked really... very dirty... very dirty. Logically speaking, a hotel like Home Inn should at least be clean, hygienic and tidy. We have stayed in 7 hotels during this trip. In the off-season, with prices ranging from 200 to 1,000, this is the worst hotel. Hope the hotel seriously improves.
