The environment is clean and hygienic, and the facilities are quite complete. There are washing machines, dryers, independent laundry rooms, and fitness areas. Xiao Li at the front desk is very attentive. He called us in advance and sent us the hotel location. Ordering takeout can be delivered directly to the door! I will stay here again next time I go to Guiyang!

Service: Very good, the front desk is very patient and gentle. There seems to be a reading area and garden at the front desk on the fifth floor, but I didn’t have time to experience it because of my busy schedule. An old four-star hotel. I stayed there for two days. The room was quite spacious. The bathroom was not big because it had a bathtub. The bed was very comfortable. The TV was quite large and it was a pleasure to watch. However, the air conditioner did not provide cooling. The shower water was very comfortable. The breakfast was good with few people. There was freshly ground coffee and delicious small Western cakes. There were parking spaces in the backyard and in the front, but not many. The lady at the front desk was nice and friendly.

This is the first time to give a hotel evaluation. I came back from Liuzhou and arrived at two or three in the morning. I fell asleep on the road. I woke up and saw that 8 hotels called and did not answer the call. 😂 arrived and checked in quickly. The room was very clean and simple and super comfortable. I slept in the hotel. The most comfortable night for this National Day trip. Breakfast is directly ordered to the room, the coffee is great. Because I parked at the hotel next to me at night, I went out to scan the code for parking fee 88, and called the hotel to deal with it quickly. This efficiency service really made me have to write this evaluation. I will definitely come again next time.

The price of the room is moderate. The boss also gave two simple meals, milk and bread. The service is really good. The hotel is very close to the Guizhou Provincial Museum and not far from the Guizhou Provincial Geological Museum. There are many snacks around. The taste is also very good. Life and transportation are very convenient. All in all a very lovely hotel. We had a wonderful trip.

I took my children to Guiyang for a summer vacation and booked a 2-night stay at the Renaissance Hotel. At that time, I mainly considered choosing a five-star hotel. Seeing that this hotel is relatively new, the stay experience far exceeded my expectations. A group of 5 of us arrived at Guiyang Airport at 8:00 p.m. and planned to stay at the airport for one night, then pick up the car and go to Huangguoshu the next day. Laguna Hotel is located in the terminal building, so you can stay at the hotel without going out of the airport. There is a nucleic acid testing point at the entrance of the hotel, so it is very convenient for our tourists who need to be tested twice in three days. I stayed at the New World Guiyang for my friends birthday, even though I live in Guiyang. I was not disappointed.
When I arrived the staff was quite friendly and welcoming, best of all, there was someone there that spoke English, which I think is very important.
The check-in process was seamless and easy to do. The staff explained everything well and the process went by smoothly.
I got my room card and the concierge took my bag and showed me to my room.
The room was clean and smelled fresh, the bed was well made and had a beautifully hand crafted welcome note that was a nice touch. I was also given flowers with a heartfelt note. I was so appreciative of this.
The hotel had a gym, sauna, swimming pool and hot tub, which I took full advantage of. The spaces were clean, and I love when I walk into a space and its clean and welcoming.
We had dinner in the Buffet Hall, there were a wide variety of foods that catered to all the guests alike. Breakfast the next day was also an experience to remember.\
Overall this hotel was a great stay for me, from the staff being so welcoming to the food being so delicious. Its inexpensive and I believe its worth the price.

The hotel is like a French romantic art palace hidden in the world. Walking slowly along the path lined with flowers, the doorman came over with a smile to help us take the luggage and guided us all the way, which made people feel warm. The mysterious and elegant door is like a mechanism in a martial arts novel. It automatically opens when it senses people, instantly introducing us into the romantic atmosphere of France.
The towering arched porch in the lobby on the first floor is magnificent. The lazy and pleasant French music echoes in the air, as if people are in the romantic streets of Paris.
The front desk and lobby bar are located on the 20th floor, and the service staff are friendly and polite. Joel kindly handed over the prepared drinks and hand towels. His meticulous service is commendable. During the registration process, we noticed that there were many award-winning medals and trophies of the hotel on display behind the lobby, which is undoubtedly a proof of the hotel's excellent quality.
The afternoon tea in the lobby bar is a feast for the eyes and taste. The snacks are not only delicious, but also artistic, with imported exquisite plates, such as LV plates, which are very exquisite. When I asked for the taste of the brewed coffee, the service girl quickly remade it for me. Her enthusiasm and patience made people have a good experience. When we didn't know how to get to the room elevator, she personally led us to the elevator entrance.
The room is on the 23rd floor. The corridor is filled with charming aromas. The dim lights complement the cute and artistic works, creating a great atmosphere. The room is clean and tidy. The refrigerator is full of imported drinks and milk, which are free to refill. There are fresh fruits on the table every day. Diptyque's toiletries, Dyson hair dryers, facial masks, etc. are provided free of charge. The room has a large round bathtub, where children take a bath every night, humming little songs, and spend a happy night.
The cleaning aunt seems to be called Demi. If I remember correctly, the service is very good and she always asks me what I need. The night bed service is very considerate. The small cakes and mint tea make people feel the warmth of home after a tiring day, especially the mint tea, which is delicious!
The breakfast is rich and varied, with local specialties such as glutinous rice and sour soup rice noodles. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, and takes the initiative to introduce the dishes, making our dining experience more perfect.
The room we booked also comes with drinks and snacks from the bar on the 25th floor. When I said I didn't like potato chips, the service staff immediately replaced them with nuts for me. This thoughtful service makes people feel comfortable. I ordered a glass of wine hidden in the book, which is very fun, and it is unique to check in and take photos. 
The gym is fully equipped, and fresh fruits and mineral water are available for self-service, which provides great convenience for fitness guests.
My butler Seven left a deep impression on me. He communicated with me before check-in to understand my needs; during the stay, he kept in touch and asked if I needed help. The night before leaving the hotel, I casually mentioned that the mint tea was delicious, and he was ready for me to take it away the next day. This thoughtfulness is really precious.
On the day of departure, the seven-seater Mercedes-Benz car arranged by the hotel was brand new and comfortable. The driver was very considerate. He asked me if the air-conditioning temperature was suitable when I got in the car, gave us water to drink when we were thirsty, helped with the luggage, and said goodbye politely, which made me feel like spring breeze. From the first day of stay to the last day of the pick-up, it was perfect. 
Every staff member of this hotel showed a strong sense of service. Their sincerity and enthusiasm made us spend a comfortable, pleasant and unforgettable time. Highly recommended to everyone who pursues quality and service experience!

As the last stop of our trip to Guizhou, we specially chose the VIP floor of Guizhou Hotel, which is within walking distance of Qianlingshan Park. You can buy Guizhou specialties, which is great!
Especially the handsome guy in the front lobby of the hotel: Wang Jinyu. His service was perfect and he upgraded his room for free. Next time he comes to Guiyang, he will choose Guizhou Hotel!

AAaron CedricI really liked this hotel! First of all, I was so grateful that, even though I arrived a little before noon, the hotel managers allowed me to check in early with no extra charge. And I found them helpful and efficient and friendly (always greeting me when I returned each day).
The room itself was a pleasant change from what I'm used to. First of all, my room had no window. But I didn't even get bothered by that because the room itself has such a warm feeling. The floor is a dark wood that makes the whole room feel a sense of integrity. The decorations in the room also give a sense of old world elegance. For example, they put a 1940s style phone in the room (which is very clearly modern since it uses digital buttons instead of the rotary system) just to keep up with the entire theme of the hotel as a place stuck beautifully in time. The shower in the room was excellent; it even had a bench built into the wall that I suppose you could sit on. The shower had good pressure and a full supply of hot water. The room was a bit hot for me, but I suppose I could have called the front desk and they would have helped me adjust the settings; it wasn't too hot that I was uncomfortable. Actually, at that time of the year when Guizhou is so cold and damp, other hotels I had stayed at previously in Guizhou had the problem of being irreparably cold, so perhaps I should be grateful for this point.
I like the fact that the hotel has breakfast. I intended to try the breakfast but I got food poisoning from some street food the night before and didn't feel like eating anything the entire next day, so unfortunately I didn't get to try it... but it really looked good! They also seem to have a late evening dinner option, but I didn't try that either (I should have!).
The location is also excellent. I took a cab from this hotel to the history museum, Qianling Mountain Park, and the airport, and all were quick and cheap rides. Obviously a visit to Qingyan Ancient Town is going to be an expensive ride wherever you are coming from unless you're staying in Qingyan itself. Anyways, this hotel is also within walking distance to a lot of great restaurants. Just go out the door and turn left and within a few blocks you'll be in a food area with professional restaurants and street food. I, regrettably, was determined to visit Guiyang's famous ErQi Food street, so I kept walking. From the hotel to ErQi food street, it took me about 45 minutes to walk. Not bad! As it turns out, something I ate there didn't agree with my digestive system, so I should have just eaten at the many great restaurants near the hotel. But the point I'm making is that the ErQi Food street ”on the other side of town” was only about 40 minutes by walking. I could also walk to Yan'an Lu and other such streets or to Jiaxiu Tower (I walked right by it... only about 20 minutes from the hotel by walking). That shows what a fantastic location this hotel offers!

My train was delayed due to weather conditions. Instead of arriving at 22:11, I arrived at Guiyang North Railway station at almost 23:00, the manager promptly replied to my messages to see to it that I correctly followed the directions to the hotel since I don't speak Chinese and it was already late at night. - The staff and the manager helped me book a taxi to the airport. It was raining when I left for the airport and they provided a service umbrella and instructed the driver to drop me at T2 on my behalf since I am a foreigner and I don't speak Chinese!

GGuest UserThis hotel is situated in a convenient location with a shopping mall attached and a brisk walk to a street food court that have an amazing array of local and regional delicacies.
They also have a big lobby with great lounges for business talks.
The rooms are clean, spacious and feels homely.
The La Provence Restaurant is located at the 5th floor with a great looking garden, trees, outdoor dining tables, fish ponds with water fountain and plenty of fresh air but it needs to increase it's breakfast food's lack of choices.
Anyway all the staff are helpful, accommodating, smiling and very polite.
This hotel will be a great choice for all spectrum of travelers and overall I'm very glad that I stayed here during my trip

再者説一下酒店設施都是全新的，而且有智能控制，是乾濕分離的，但是洗浴時會不斷流水到洗漱台，這就造成了些許不便😂。綜合的來説酒店服務極佳，推薦入住。

TTherRaI booked a room without really thinking about the room itself. All I knew was ”round bed”.
What can I say? It was great! The bed was not only round, but also huge and the room was more like a small apartment with a kitchenette, large sofa corner and chic bathroom.
The location (right next to a subway station on line 2) was also perfect for getting to the different parts of Guiyang quickly. With its own small ”supermarket” for quick shopping right in the building and a mall right in the neighborhood, there is nothing missing here.
So I have nothing to complain about and would recommend it wholeheartedly 😊.

SScarletTheWanderer🏨 Situated 30 mins from the airport this is a little gem located right in the heart of Huaxi Shilihe Beach National Urban Wetland Park. 马娟 the manager was so nice and went out of her way to make me feel welcome.
I was upgraded to a suite which was spacious, had a lovely bath and the bed and sheets were luxurious. Unfortunately, the air conditioner wasn’t working so it was very hot in my room but the manager found me a fan right away which was perfect and I had a nice nights sleep. The hotel lobby and stairway could be a little more clean but the views were nice from the common balcony area.
🤩 马娟 showed me where I could rent a bike to explore the wetland park and made delicious recommendations on where I could get the local noodles that were soooo tasty I went back twice! 🥘 The restaurants nearby serve a lot of BBQ and many other places have KTV but it didn’t go on throughout the night. There is a little construction across the valley during the day as it seems someone is building a big resort but inside the room it was very quiet. It’s a 3 mins walk from the river and if you walk about 5 mins away from the little town it’s quiet and peaceful by the river.
❤️ I would recommend staying here if you want to explore a gorgeous wetland park in the city or if you want a little taste of nature before flying from Guiyang. It’s also very close to the Huaxi park (about 20mins walk) and Tianhetan park is around a 25-40 mins taxi depending on traffic and time and costs about 40-50rmb.
