The newly opened Atour Light House Hotel is located on Youyi Road on Qianling East Road. The service is very good. The room has not been cleaned at ten o'clock. I took the initiative to upgrade the selected double room. The room is comfortable and spacious, the hot water is sufficient, the automatic flush toilet, the robot delivery and other services are complete. It turned out that the check-out at 2 pm was delayed to 4:30, praise and praise!

We met an exceptional lady, 郎月白at the reception who went the extra mile to help us buy tickets for the performance. She helped us to buy the tickets and even offered to bring us to the venue on her off day. We spent a lovely afternoon with her and got to know more about Guizhou and her during our interaction. We were very happy with this hotel in Guiyang. All the receptionists were friendly and helpful. Our hotel room’s price did not include breakfast but we decided to pay extra for the tasty & many options breakfast.

The hotel has a good location, with a subway station just outside the door. There are many delicious foods around, the room is clean and sanitary, the room type is upgraded, the hotel service staff is enthusiastic, and they will greet you when they meet in the corridor. The experience is good, and I will continue to stay.

I went on a trip some time ago and stayed at the Cat's Faraway Hotel. The experience was perfect! When I first arrived at the lobby, the warm yellow lighting and wooden decorations made it cozy and elegant. The front desk staff greeted me with a smile and helped me check in quickly and attentively. Since we had a cold, we asked the front desk for help and they were very nice. The room is decorated with great care. Not only are the facilities brand new and the smart voice assistant very convenient, the bedding is so soft that it allows a good night's sleep, and there is also a constant temperature toilet. After arriving at the hotel, the front desk staff asked if we needed hot coffee or milk. The service was good. In my spare time, I go to the gym, which has a full range of equipment and allows me to exercise to my heart's content. Living here is very suitable for business trips and leisure vacations. As someone in my fifties this wasn't an ideal hotel. I didn't realise it was anime themed until after I'd booked it but the location and price was perfect. Check-in was simple and staff friendly and helpful. The beds are more or less mattress on a raised part of the floor which makes it a little awkward for getting up if you're not used to that. Nice and warm room with a good shower. Free laundry service. Excellent overall but more suited to younger people just because of the decor really. For a bolt hole in Guiyang near food and drink though it's perfect

I really liked this hotel! First of all, I was so grateful that, even though I arrived a little before noon, the hotel managers allowed me to check in early with no extra charge. And I found them helpful and efficient and friendly (always greeting me when I returned each day). The room itself was a pleasant change from what I'm used to. First of all, my room had no window. But I didn't even get bothered by that because the room itself has such a warm feeling. The floor is a dark wood that makes the whole room feel a sense of integrity. The decorations in the room also give a sense of old world elegance. For example, they put a 1940s style phone in the room (which is very clearly modern since it uses digital buttons instead of the rotary system) just to keep up with the entire theme of the hotel as a place stuck beautifully in time. The shower in the room was excellent; it even had a bench built into the wall that I suppose you could sit on. The shower had good pressure and a full supply of hot water. The room was a bit hot for me, but I suppose I could have called the front desk and they would have helped me adjust the settings; it wasn't too hot that I was uncomfortable. Actually, at that time of the year when Guizhou is so cold and damp, other hotels I had stayed at previously in Guizhou had the problem of being irreparably cold, so perhaps I should be grateful for this point. I like the fact that the hotel has breakfast. I intended to try the breakfast but I got food poisoning from some street food the night before and didn't feel like eating anything the entire next day, so unfortunately I didn't get to try it... but it really looked good! They also seem to have a late evening dinner option, but I didn't try that either (I should have!). The location is also excellent. I took a cab from this hotel to the history museum, Qianling Mountain Park, and the airport, and all were quick and cheap rides. Obviously a visit to Qingyan Ancient Town is going to be an expensive ride wherever you are coming from unless you're staying in Qingyan itself. Anyways, this hotel is also within walking distance to a lot of great restaurants. Just go out the door and turn left and within a few blocks you'll be in a food area with professional restaurants and street food. I, regrettably, was determined to visit Guiyang's famous ErQi Food street, so I kept walking. From the hotel to ErQi food street, it took me about 45 minutes to walk. Not bad! As it turns out, something I ate there didn't agree with my digestive system, so I should have just eaten at the many great restaurants near the hotel. But the point I'm making is that the ErQi Food street ”on the other side of town” was only about 40 minutes by walking. I could also walk to Yan'an Lu and other such streets or to Jiaxiu Tower (I walked right by it... only about 20 minutes from the hotel by walking). That shows what a fantastic location this hotel offers!

The standard room with mountain view is very quiet, and it is right at the gate of Qianling Mountain Park. It is very convenient to book this hotel when going to the park. The room is clean, the bedding is clean and comfortable, and the pillows and mattress are quite comfortable. There are 8 bottles of water in the room, which saves the need to ask the waiter to add water. The room is very small, only 20 square meters, but the shower area is not small, the room layout is compact and reasonable, and there are many hangers, which is convenient for washing clothes during travel. The breakfast is also OK. The price we booked is less than 300, which is very cost-effective. The disadvantage is that there is too much traffic jam at the entrance and it is noisy, so you have to arrange your travel time in advance. The hot water in the sink comes out very slowly (the bath water is okay) The window is a bit dirty and the sofa is a bit stained.
