The hotel was renovating the hotel during business hours without notifying customers. The work started around 8 a.m., and the sound of wall cutting and electric drills continued. I complained to the front desk, and the front desk just said to talk about it. I'm already very tired from traveling, and it keeps ringing like this, so I can't rest well at all. This is my first time staying in a hotel and I encountered this situation, and the hotel didn't solve it at all.
