It is an excellent hotel in a very nice place Guaymallen , with all the comforts and more . Excellent hotel . re-commodating beautiful rooms with a wonderful view . It has a spa on the 2nd floor with solarium and aesthetic treatments . The hotel is modern, rooms are really clean, bathroom has a separate shower, good toiletries. I was let down by the fact I couldn’t earn Hilton Honors points because the reservation was made through a travel agency. Also because there was no complimentary bottle of water in the room, which is odd for a 5 stars hotel. Regarding location, it’s a PRO or a CON depending on what you are looking for. It’s right across the street from a shopping mall, which is very convenient. Lots of shopping and dining options. But it’s located on the outskirts of the city, next to a highway. If one wants to explore the city, I would definitely recommend to stay either at the Sheraton or at the Hyatt. The Hilton is really far away from downtown .
