It is an excellent hotel with beautiful and impressive views of Guatape Lake, rooms with a jacuzzi, the restaurant's good food, and fair prizes. It's a good hotel for couples or a long, relaxing weekend. Only the road to access the hotel still under construction

Excellent Hotel, excellent rooms, excellent food, excellent views, excellent service especially from Zulay at the front desk. My wife and I stayed only one night but everything was great. One suggestion: a better road to get to the hotel.

Amazing property, great food, great price, great views, Yoni my server took great care of me and was very attentive. The sunsets are amazing as well, close to la piedra so you can get some exercise in before you comeback and eat at the hotel have drinks

Greta atmosphere unbeatable the view is amazing servers are great too best view tho amazing it looks amazing and it tasted just as delicious as it looks. I couldn’t say anything about this place lots of detail. The wood furniture is really cool in the pool is extraordinary looking

We reserved a vip experience at Pismo restaurant / The Brown... We heard good things about this place but wow! We were blown away from the second we arrived at the lobby... The food, the drinks, the view, the service (Yoni) were all worthy of 5 stars! We will definitely come back next time in Guatapé

Absolutely beautiful new hotel with amazing views and beautiful grounds and very nice rooms. Everything in the hotel is beautiful, bathrooms are very small. Nice shower, but lacks counter space. They are not quite 5 stars yet because the service needs a great improvement. Super adamant about not bringing your own plastic bottle of coke to the pool, but try to find a waiter to order a drink from them. No one will ever approach you. Service at restaurants is terrible. Hotel is very isolated and there is no gift shop/convenience store, so bring anything you need. No where to get a drink or a snack. With small improvements it could earn that 5th star.

The whole crew was amazing. Great people, beautiful Accommodations, A+ quality all around. Spectaculars views all around the place. Special thanks to Veronica Zuluaga (what a leader!!!) Liliana Cardona (the best Concierge on the world) Jose and Johny at the Restaurant, Juan on the front reception, all the front desk personnel, security guys and everyone who made our stay unforgettable!!!! Can’t wait to get back. Congratulations to all.

The service at this establishment is great. From the receptionist right down to the servers at the restaurant. I felt right at home as it came to making me feel welcomed and accepted with diversity that this establishment has with its employees and guest.
