Pet friendly Hotels Guangzhou

Stayed in Hilton Guangzhou for 3nights. Checked in was smoothly done & given an upgrade of room due to reserved room not ready when there at about 2pm. Room was spacious and clean. Daily cleaned up were done nicely and happy to return to room in late afternoon with fresh condition space. However, was encountered with a not helpful lobby staff when had an issue with our Didi ride booking, Maybe he could not understand our Chinese words and ignored us. Luckily, another lobby staff approached us and managed to get our ride booking done successfully. Hotel location wise is convenient as there are some small restaurant eataries and shopping mall nearby. Hotel breakfast was good which we reserved on our last day stay. There were a wide spread of local & international food which we enjoyed. Overall, had a good 3nights stay at Hilton. Thank you to all staffs concerned that made our stay a pleasant one:)

First time at W Guangzhou. Prompt check in and had a very nice stay. Nice room, bathtub, international breakfast. Also had a nice evening at Woobar with nice band. Kuddos to Alan, Clark and so many staffs that I did not manage to get their names. Definitely recommended to stay!

I had a wonderful stay at the Mandarin Oriental. The service was impeccable, and the room was both luxurious and comfortable, meeting the high standards I’ve come to expect from this brand. However, I feel there are a couple of areas that could be improved to enhance the overall experience. The lobby, while elegant, doesn’t quite match the grandeur of the rest of the hotel and could benefit from some updates to reflect the luxurious feel of the property. Additionally, the elevator lobby felt a bit dull and lifeless—perhaps adding some fresh elements or decor could brighten it up. I also noticed there was no noticeable fresh scent in the lobby area, which would add a touch of freshness upon arrival. Despite these small suggestions, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning.

I recently stayed at Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs. The location was perfect, within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, I highly recommend this Hilton for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Amazing surroundings beautiful spa with hot springs. Felt very relaxed and recharged. Only thing is I would say the hotel feels dated. But this is really not a place to stay in your room.

Booked for my husband! Stay for two nights! All of a sudden the hot water is gone! Come home! I haven't washed well in the shower for the past two days! The bed is so-so! The most satisfying thing is to have a balcony! No one can be seen at the front desk, and the check-out is directly handed over to the security guard to leave!

Nice Hotel and Resort. It was a Hotel and Resort combined together. Nice and delicious breakfast. Worth the price and value for money. This Hotel and Resort was not so far from the Pazhou Canton Fair Complex. Unfortunately on the day of the check-out the Air Conditioner was leaking. Would definitely recommend this Hotel and Resort for anyone who wants to attend the Guangzhou Fair or wants to transit in Guangzhou City.

We had a bad surprise a soon as we checked in. The room we booked was at a House aside from the hotel (there are thousands of them) and the house have 3 floors, you have to take your luggage up the stairs, depending on which floor you are. The size of the room is much smaller than they say (30-40 sqd meters) cause they show a living room in the pictures, but this is a common area for all the rooms in that house. They have carpet in the rooms and as permitted to smoke, the smell is heavy and dirty and we all got sick from sleeping 3 nights there. Because of that we even left one day before our schedule, loosing the money from the last night we didn’t use. The balcony and bathroom’s doors are glass made, so you get huge light inside the all night. We asked some fabric to try to cover it, but didn’t help much. The outdoors activities are fun, and the staff is very organized and helpful. It’s worth to visit a day, not to sleep in. I’m very disappointed with our experience. One more thing that bothers us is that every morning after breakfast they gave treats asking for us to write good reviews.

The room is well designed and fully functional. Facilities: The bathroom washing, shower, and toilet areas are separated to avoid conflicts in the morning. There is a small round table and comfortable chairs. Hygiene: Hygiene is particularly important. The room is very clean and tidy, giving you a comfortable and relaxing feeling as soon as you enter the room. The bedding and towels are clean and ironed flat. Service: Starting from the front desk, all the staff are warm, thoughtful, meticulous and patient. I will choose here next time I come to Guangzhou!

When checking in, they were professional and efficient. They were done in just a few minutes. They also patiently answered all my questions about the surrounding attractions and hotel facilities. The answers were very detailed. I felt full of care as soon as I arrived. Entering the room, there were even more surprises. The bed is moderately soft and hard, and the mattress fits the body curve. It feels like being wrapped in tenderness when you lie on it. The quilt is soft and warm, and the pillow core height is just right. I can fall asleep every night. The smart devices in the room are also very considerate. The brightness of the lights and the temperature of the air conditioner can be easily adjusted. The curtains can be opened and closed with one button, and you can enjoy comfort and coziness while lying on the bed. The details of the hotel are even more touching. The small service of wiping the suitcase for free may seem insignificant, but it really reflects the hotel's meticulous care for guests. When you are away from home, the suitcase is inevitably covered with dust. The hotel can pay attention to this detail. How can this care not be moving? The cleaning aunties are also the highlight of the hotel. They always have a kind and kind smile on their faces and are very polite. Every time they meet, they will greet each other warmly. Here, every detail is warm, and every service is full of sincerity. I sincerely recommend it to every friend who is about to travel. If you also want to gain warmth and comfort on your journey, then Nansha Meihao Lizhi Hotel is definitely your best choice.
