Good location. Good location.

The hotel is very close to the US Consulate. It is very convenient to stay here with the elderly to apply for visas. The room we stayed in this time also had a view of the Guangzhou Tower, which was great!

The toilet flush was broken and the room smelled bad. That bed board is so hard that sleeping on it reminds me that I am a piece of barbecued pork on a chopping board...

The whole building gave the impression of being serious in the past but now perfunctory. The 7th and 8th floors are being renovated, and maybe they will have a new look later. The location is very good, and many people who do business will choose to stay here. This is the second hotel I have encountered that will not give an extra bottle of water! They said it was three yuan per bottle. The other one was not in Guangzhou, and they were stingy! In Guangzhou, other hotels of the same price in Guangzhou have proactively discovered that I drink more water, and put two more bottles of water in my room. The room is large, with a desk lamp and a small refrigerator, which is very satisfactory. The pillow is very high, so high that my cervical spine can't stand it. I called the front desk, and the waiter came to apologize and said that there was only a short pillow. For the other one, they would bring me two more bath towels. I slept with the bath towel as a pillow for a night.

The environment is pleasant and the service is considerate. The room is spacious and bright, with all the necessary facilities. The staff is warm and friendly, making people feel at home. The breakfast is rich and delicious, and the location is convenient, making it an ideal choice for travel. There is still room for improvement.

I came to Guomen again after a few years. The hotel has a good location, the surrounding area has changed a lot, there are many delicious foods around, and it takes about ten minutes to get to the US Consulate. The subway station is not far away.

The transportation is very convenient. It is a five-minute walk from the subway station. The surrounding convenience stores and dining are also very convenient. The house itself is a bit old, the mineral water is small and the tea bags are cheap. Overall it's quite satisfactory.

At 2 o'clock on the 17th, we, two 70-year-olds, carried 17 kilograms to the main entrance of the lobby. There are 9 stairs. The female receptionist at the entrance saw that she was just chatting with a man and ignored her completely. She mentioned that she was asthmatic. . Very bad.

The environment is clean, but a little old, so be careful to prevent moisture. It is under renovation during this period, so it feels a bit noisy to open the hourly room after 2 o'clock, on the 8th and 9th floors.

The environment outside the window of room 722 where I stayed was good. The hotel is very close to Zhujiang New Town subway station b1 b2. I booked a standard room with a window for 348 on Ctrip, but I was directly given a room without a window. The hotel explained to me that there was no room available and it was operated by the Ctrip system. Then I was asked to add 130 yuan for a room with a window, totaling 478. The double bed room with a window on Ctrip was dozens of yuan cheaper than my price! The hotel said that the price on the Internet was different, which made people very upset. The door of the room felt very unsafe, and the environment inside was average. However, we went to Aman Apartment, which was very remote. The environment was hard to describe. I thought I was a scammer. I looked around for a long time and finally booked this one. I feel that it is not worth the price. It is just a place to stay.

It's not too far from the Guangzhou Tower and can be reached on foot. It feels very safe. If you order takeout, you have to go downstairs to get it yourself. There is a small refrigerator in the room.

I stayed in so many places all over the country and everything was fine. I didn't expect to lose something in Guangzhou Guomen Hotel. The things were not worth much? It was just a few hyaluronic acid essences for my daughter, which we took with us for a few days. They were taken from my toiletry bag without leaving a single one. Moreover, the toiletry bag was placed on the glass table above the tea cups in the room, not in the bathroom. I don't know how the staff training here is like this. I reported it to the front desk the next day, and a supervisor happened to come. We left after that. When we came back to get the luggage, we didn't get an explanation. We don't care about the value of the things we lost, but the attitude of your hotel.

An older hotel in Zhujiang New Town, it is convenient to the Opera House, Guangdong Museum and IFC. It may be a bit noisy because the hotel is under renovation.
