I was surprised to learn that some amenities (fitness room) mentioned during booking was not available. Seems the hotel sales took it down after calling their attention. The room electronics were not non Chinese friendly. However, the room is nice and clean and the staff are friendly

I have stayed there for 4 days. Unfortunately my room 1118 - was really bad, in terms of cleanliness. I could not step on the floor (was way too dirty) the ceiling was falling from time to time.
there is ONLY ONE ELEVAATOR for the hotel!
food was not great. Only Chinese style unfortunately. I would not suggest to stay in there unless you have no other options.

Night club and KTV doesnt exist! But its on trip.com site when l booked the room. The housecleaning provide water or teabags casually.

Hotel already old-style, rooms are really clean, but apperence of the hotel is terrible, the breakfast is weak, some constructions in the double lobby, entrance is dirty and exterior is need to be replaced.
One of elevator do not work, need long wait to get down or to the restaurant.
Very strange people walk in the different floors, seems not all floors is for hotel.
If you are comming do business to Canton Fair-respect yourself chose better hotel, even for 3 nights.
The staff is hiring young translators, which helping very much. Thanks to them. Otherwise it could be really bad.
The last day manager comes to the rooms and asks to put 5 stars for hotel... That says everything...

We had a nice stay. We got complimentary breakfast for the first day but it was a very simple breakfast. Not so great. Was able to wash our clothes but limited hanging space in the room.
