I have stay in the vila with sauna but the room was very old and not so clean also the swimming pool was not clean the price is not matching with the vila I have pay 1059 for one night in this price I can get more better room

a big hotel, a bit old but decent. rooms are far away from each other. hotsprings are FANTASTIC!

I went to Pattra with my wife and my 2 children. The hotel emplacement is just amazing, the view on the mountains is extra from the balcony. We came late the first night, although the dinner buffet was about to close, the restaurant staff managed to provide various meals and desert before closing. The next day afternoon my children spent the whole time in the afternoon in the swimming pool, till 10 PM. The breakfast and the dinner buffet are really diversified and my children were able to find their favorite meals. The staff is really friendly and ready to assist despite the language barrier. We will definitely book another weekend soon in Pattra.

I was really disappointed staying at Golden Leaf this time. It was very different from previous years. The hotel facilities were not well maintained. There were weeds all around, the toilet board was yellow, and the full-length mirror looked uncomfortable. It was a bit cold that night, but I consulted the hotel and they said there was no heating. Sometimes the door would fail to open, and it would make a noise but the door would not open. I asked the front desk, and it was fine after a while. The door could be opened without making a noise. It was really annoying. The most annoying thing was to ask the front desk to help arrange for someone to get a set of toiletries. From 18:00 to 22:30, I urged them three times until I got angry before they delivered it. Their attitude was not worthy of the title of five-star! The service attitude of the staff in the morning was better than that in the evening. It seems that there will be no next stay. There are still some benefits. The room is spacious, the air and scenery are still comfortable, and the hot spring is also very good!

The farms around the hotel are also very delicious.
