衞生相當差，房間裏有一種簡直讓人窒息的臭味（像人嘔吐後又沒清潔的氣味），床上有蟑螂。房間設施也極差，空調破破爛爛且沒有遙控器，房間裏沒有煮水壺沒有衣架，拖鞋像狗咬了兩個角－樣（如圖）。房間後面是燒烤夜宵店，吵雜油煙味極濃極大，每晚到凌晨四點多才能靜下來。前台服務態度惡劣，拿包紙巾都不太情願！且價格也相當貴，環境一點也對不起258元一晚！

房間衞生比較一般，還有前一個房客留下的煙頭。空調空調沒用，衞生間洗漱台也沒用，放不出水，唯一一個出水口就衹有洗澡的花灑了，洗漱也衹能用這個，而且衞生間的燈具也是壞的。房間隔音效果很一般，後面小吃街吵的很，半夜12點多還聽的到外面小攤鐵鍋炒的聲音。

真的差勁，這公寓跟七十年代賓館差不多，爛得要死，不值八十多這個價位，頂多就是四五十的價位，這個死爛空調吱吱響個不停，被子還是一層薄薄的單被

給一星都嫌多，本來就是因為考試才就近訂的房，當天預訂好，凌晨我住的地方就被臨時管控。提前一天申請退房又不給退，不然就得接受半價退款。本來大疫情環境下，每個人都身不得已。做不到通情達理。但起碼的職業道德還得有。下單界面衹用小字説明“一下訂單就不給變更取消！”如此霸王條款，活該評分那麼低。
