來遊玩碰到廣交會了，酒店價格貴了 前台人員態度不錯，但是酒店可能年限久了比較破舊衹粉刷了牆壁 床和桌都是久的，室內燈光比較刺眼色温較高，走道燈光適宜較為舒適走入客房較為不適，洗手間建議再打下防黴膠到處都是發黴感受頗差

去的第一間房應該是剛消毒，有很大一股味，去前台講了換房間，服務熱情，效率挺高。房間衞生還好，但是地上有一些頭髮。總統還可以，離地鐵站大概六百米，旁邊有幾家小餐店。

住過北京上海武漢杭州等地方的如家酒店，廣州天河這家最差！房間一股發黴的味道！因為嫌麻煩，我以為我能忍過去一晚上，結果被臭到失眠。為什麼會有這麼臭的房間？是潮濕影響還是有die了的耗子呢？？？？太可怕

這個如家可能是開的比較久了吧 去到的時候並沒有想象中的那麼好 感覺很一般 酒店設施也是比較老舊 浴室空間也很小 乾濕分離用的是一塊簾子 整體來説就到3分的水平

我定的是雙人床的房間，房間户型很好，很温馨，我預約的是無煙房，房間裏沒有味道，衞生很乾凈，而且居住環境温馨舒適，用了攜程預訂非常好，用積分使用了提前入住和延遲退房的特權，非常好，前台工作人員態度禮貌都很好，還有打掃衞生的服務員阿姨保安大叔都很好，重點表揚前台小哥哥小治先生，工作很耐心很禮貌，服務態度給5星，這家如家酒店位於廣州市天河區 天河客運站地鐵3號線和6號線 D口出站，出站後，往右邊走，一直走過一個紅綠燈，大概走路步行10分鐘，就可以看到這家如家酒店天河客運站站店，在元崗橫路附近，地理位置優越，交通便利方便 ，酒店隔壁是一個便利店超市，買飲品很方便，旁邊是一些快餐店，也有一家KFC肯德基，再往前走一點是潮汕風味的粉麪店，也有一個購物商城天河新天地，有麥當勞還有很多吃飯的店，綜上所述，這家店性價比很高，如家酒店如家，彷彿就和家一樣的温馨感，非常感謝在這陌生的城市感受到温馨的入住體驗，再次表揚酒店工作人員，給工作人員小哥哥靚仔小治先生點好評，因為小治先生工作效率高，服務態度好，有禮貌有素養，展現出來一個酒店行業人員的素質和擔當，點贊👍 期待下次入住再次選擇廣州這家如家酒店。

屋內有股黴味，隔音差，隔壁説話，樓上運動聲音都聽得見，特別是洗澡下水管聲音大，窗户外也是封閉式的，床也不好，不好睡。感覺比較老舊了。
