The soundproofing was so bad that it was after one o'clock in the morning. There was a lot of noise next door. I called the front desk and said that it would be solved later. I just made a phone call and it didn't solve it. The answer I gave was: We are all customers and there is no way to deal with it. The solution is really bad. The hotel front desk has no idea. It doesn’t matter if you make money for your experience or if you finally communicate with Ctrip customer service, it will have some effect.

The air conditioner is huge and abstract. It doesn't get cold after being left for a long time. The sensor light at the door will light up when the wind speed is the highest. It's outrageous that the hotel has sensor lights. Then there is no sleeping light. Every light is bright. Only the hygiene is okay. This is the first time to give a negative review.

Because the room we stayed in was close to the road and it was noisy at night, we upgraded the room for free the next day and provided breakfast. It was a very cozy hotel! The equipment was also very new, very good!
