It's next to South Station, but it takes more than 20 minutes of detour to walk. Definitely not recommended if there is no early morning train. What's worse is that the air conditioner in the room is louder than outside. It's so loud that I can hardly fall asleep. Moreover, the air-conditioning in the duplex design of the room cannot be blown upstairs at all. There is a hook upstairs that is broken and cannot be turned on. It's just one night for a solo trip, and it's not convenient to go downstairs and find the front desk. There was a notice in the room saying that there was a free shuttle to South Station. I checked out at 5:30 in the morning and asked the front desk, but they said there was no such thing. I showed the photo to the front desk, but they still received an indifferent reply. Because I want to catch the train to South Railway Station, I don’t need to worry about it anymore. Later, I reported it to Ctrip customer service, and Ctrip compensated me for the taxi fare. Ctrip has good reviews, but the hotel has bad reviews.
